Loved staying at this spacious penthouse in Cbba. It was very comfortable for two couples with 2 babies and 1 other adult. The only thing to note especially with kids is there is an academy nearby where bands rehearse. It was lovely to hear the music but it can get very loud when trying to put the babies to sleep. Otherwise the location is great and very walkable. Easy to get a taxi anywhere from the corner/plaza. The person at the front is super friendly and helpful and made us feel safe the whole time. Will definitely book again when visiting Cbba.

Gran lugar, a cuadras de la lugares céntricos. Puedes llegar caminando a supermercados y malls. Amables, un gran lugar, limpio y cómodo.

La estadía fue tranquila y acogedora, el lugar fue tal cuál muestran las fotos y la descripción. Juan Pablo estuvo atento y fue gentil en todo el proceso.

El lugar es muy cómodo, cuenta con todos los artefactos necesarios, así como vajilla Pamela respondió rápidamente a mis mensajes. La piscina estaba con muy buena temperatura, afortunadamente me tocó estar en feriado para disfrutarla. Los porteros del edificio son muy amables. Disfruté mucho la estadía.

El lugar es hermoso, estaba todo limpio y tal cual como se muestra en las fotos. La zona es bastante segura y hay supermercados y muchas cosas por hacer cerca. Volvería siempre. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable y placentera.

Departamento muy agradable, lleno de sol, el condominio cuenta con todo como dice la publicación, lo mejor de todo el supermercado qué tiene en el condominio, hay trasporte público y parada de taxis en la puerta del condominio, definitivamente me encanto.

Excelente opción. El departamento está en un condominio grande, pero existe mucho orden y no fue incomodo ni ruidoso en ningún momento. Tiene todas las comodidades, baños limpios y cómodos, excelentes colchones en las camas y cocina muy bien equipada. Se valora mucho la licuadora y la plancha, que no siempre están presentes en alojamientos de este tipo. Los anfitriones son muy correctos en su comunicación. Lugar muy recomendable.

Fue una estancia tranquila y agradable! El apartamento es acogedor, el pequeño jardín privado es precioso! Los anfitriones muy amables!

A beautiful weekend getaway surrounded by lush trees, offering great dining options nearby in a safe and serene area.

Raquel’s place is an excellent apartment to stay. It is clean, spacious (2 bedrooms, three bedrooms) with free secured parking underground. The location is great and not very far from the center and restaurants. Raquel always responds quickly for the questions. Laura was around and helped us a lot. Highly recommended.

Diese Wohnung hat unseren Aufenthalt in Cochabamba sehr bereichert. Wir haben die große Wohnung sehr genossen. Auch von der Ausstattung war alles dabei, was eine 6 köpfige Familie braucht. Die Lage war sehr gut und wir haben uns sicher gefühlt. Danke

I loved the Studio. Continuous hot water in the shower and sink, nice soft bed, huge Smart TV. Kitchen has enough stuff to cook basic stuff. Does not get cold in the appartment even without heating. Very good neighbourhood, small shops around, a lot of restaurants and invites to have a walk around. Really enjoyed the terrace. Worth the price.

El departamento es nuevo, lujoso y confortable. La cocina está bien equipada. Los baños son cómodos. Las paredes tienen buena aislación acústica. El balcón y las habitaciones tienen muy buenas vistas de la ciudad y de las montañas.

The apartment is central to a lot of things to do. Since it is in the city center it tends to be a bit noisy at times but that comes with being in the location. Shower heads needed to be fixed and host had someone come out within two hours and resolved the issue. Only thing that needs to be communicated is that the front of the entrance is on the other side of where the address takes you. You can enter from the back but something to keep in mind. Would keep the apartment in mind for future trips.

This is the 4th time I rent this unit, the views are expectacular and the location very close to everything.
