It is a downstairs, self-contained, with its own private entrance Our location is around 18 minutes from Rotorua, the nearest supermarket for supplies is 15 minutes away, you will pass it as you drive to us from Rotorua. We don't cater for 2-10yr olds

We have one modern fully self contained apartment in Coastlands, Whakatane, we live above apartment which is at rear on ground floor. Only 400 metres walk to main beach access, good fishing with Surfcasting or Kontiki fishing or maybe take a stroll or relax and enjoy this lovely beach. 7 minutes drive to shopping, supermarket. Lilian's Homestead

Comfortable 2 bedroom cottage, 15 minutes to Thornton Beach, Te Mahoe Dam, fishing, jet-skiing, 30 minutes from Lake Rotoma - jet skiing, canoeing, 30 minutes from Whakatane, 40 minutes from pipis and cockles at Ohope and Ohiwa. One hour to Opotiki ideal opening to the East Coast. The free pools at Kawerau are wonderful and will suit all ages in hot blistery Summer or cool Winter weather. Awakeri hotpools are open all year around.

This very cute and comfortable self contained unit has a king size bed, with ensuite (shower and toilet). Includes basic kitchenette that has a microwave, air fryer, electric frypan, fridge, plus tea & coffee facilities. There is no kitchen sink, so not ideal for lots of cooking, but perfect for basic heat ups etc. Two minutes walk to beach, shops, cafés and restaurants. Off street parking, with bus stop outside.
