Holiday rentals with a patio in Cô Giang

The place is exactly the same as what is shown in the photos. It was clean and well kept. Though there was an ongoing construction at the time of our stay, the Circadian staff did a great job in communicating this with us and managed our expectations well. We rented an Airbnb but it almost felt like we booked a hotel with how great the service was. I definitely recommend Airbnbs managed by Circadian. Job well done!

Отличная квартира на улице развлечений в Хошимине. Мы правда про эту улицу не знали и очень удивились. Если вы приехали тусить, то это очень удобная квартира. Но даже если и нет, она находится на второй линии и шум музыки туда не доходит.

This apartment was beautiful, better than we had imagine. Very good price for such an amazing place. The apartment is walkable but also such a close drive to so many attractions such as Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square, District 3 with many popular shopping brands!

The place is in a small alley that is private, clean and free from noise. The taxi will not drive into the alley but it is just a short walk in. The room itself looked like the pictures and was clean and modern. Only thing is the toilet water pressure can be a bit slow and some clogging might happen due to the drainage system. Otherwise, it is still a clean, well furnished place that will be nice for a short stay. Host gave clear instructions and was friendly as well :)

Very nice place, clean and big

We loved the location of Rose's place, plenty of room and close to restaurants. It's also an easy walk from Ben Thanh Marketplace and Saigon Centre. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Die Unterkunft ist top. Nicht im Zentrum, dafür aber ruhig. Die Adresse ist für Taxifahrer nicht eindeutig, so hatten wir bei unserer nächtlichen Anreise etwas Schwierigkeiten den richtigen Eingang zu finden. Sonst alles Top, auch der Pool und das Restaurant.

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

Tucked away in an alley right in the heart of the Bui Vien walking street area, it offers the perfect balance: peaceful tranquility when you need it, yet just steps away from all the vibrant energy, dining, and nightlife. The pull-out sofa bed provides a convenient sixth sleeping option, complemented by a handy sixth small restroom next to the living room. It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! There’re also a 24/24 convenience store near it house, only 1 mins walk. For who smoke, the house have 2 outside smoking area, one place right outside the maindoor on the ground floor and bigger one on the

Great spot, multiple month long stays there! Several local restaurants nearby with great food. Pretty close to a couple convenient stores and a bank for their ATM. Local coffee shops are all over. Can’t beat the location.

깔끔하고 혼자지내기 좋은방이었습니다. 3층까지 올라가야하는 불편함과 좁은계단 공용세탁기를 써야하는 번거러움을 제외하면 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 호스트 역시 친절하고. 너무 좋았습니다.

신속한 응대도 좋았고..빠른체크인과 넉넉한 수건을 요청드렸는대 모두 만족한 응대를 해주었습니다^^ 다음에 다시 방문예정인대 또다시 숙박할 예정입니다^^

Overall, they stay at Mai’s place was nice. Beautiful scenery, river panorama view. Best at sunrise. The arrangement inside the condo is well-suited. For amenities, guests might need to self-prepare shampoo and shower gel. There are plants decoration in-house and at the balcony, so there might be bugs here and there. Bugs and roaches prevention might need to be done more thoroughly. Be careful when opening the balcony because there might be paederus, a kind of insect that is always available in raining season in Vietnam. All in all, the experience at Mai’s place is worth a try.

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!
