The stay was just perfect! Milada and her son were always available for us and offered us everything we needed! The house is in pristine condition and offers enough space for all guests. The outdoor facilities are beautifully landscaped and offer first-class comfort. The space is actually better than the photos. The area is beautifully quiet and you can also have good parties here!

5-star stay despite small shortcomings: There are an incredible number of cobwebs, especially in the pergola, but also throughout the house. Bad for me with my phobia at first. Over time, I got used to it. The mattresses are laid out and thin. A kitchen cabinet smells strong. To the absolutely positive, worth mentioning: the location, the house, the play facilities, the garden, barbecue, seating on the lake... simply fantastic!!! We would come back! Blato, a beautiful place with lots of possibilities around it. The bottom line: a very great stay!

Had a great stay at the house. It was super equipped (we didn't miss anything) and clean. The lake can be reached in a few minutes, there is a large sunbathing area and sports facilities (tennis, volleyball, football). The outdoor facilities of the house were (still) a little unloving, but this is probably due to the fact that the house is quite new. The communication with Jindrich was friendly and straightforward.

The apartment meets all conceivable expectations. We have not previously stayed in such a fully furnished, modern apartment - everything is there: microwave, 2! refrigerators, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, glasses and dishes for every purpose in more than sufficient numbers, fully equipped kitchen in which many spices and consumables (such as tabs for the dishwasher) were also available. In addition, little things as a special service: a night light, cotton swabs and cosmetic pads in the bathroom, four large umbrellas in the wardrobe… Everything is nicely decorated with sense and reason. In short: everything is fine. But the highlight for us in January was: the beautiful oven, with which you could make yourself really comfortable. There were only three of us, but the apartment has eight beds. It could get tight at the table in the kitchen - but I'm sure Jitka has a good solution for that too.

We felt very comfortable. It was a nice little cottage in the middle of the forest, very quiet. The house was sufficiently equipped and the pool was great.

We had a wonderful midweek at Pavol's beautiful Bohemian farmhouse. You come through an old gate into the courtyard. There, you can access both stays. The children slept in the beautiful apartment on the first floor with beautiful bathroom and private kitchen (and two bedrooms). We slept downstairs in also a beautiful apartment. The garden is beautiful and endless. You walk right into the nature. The deer are at the back of the garden. There is always sun and shade. The hammocks are wonderful. Finally, our daughter was able to play the piano in a large studio made in the shed. Communication with Pavol was very nice. In short, highly recommended. Prague 2 hours away Cesky Krumlov 75 minutes Big and good supermarket at 14 minutes

I can’t say enough good things about my stay or the hospitality I received from Michaela! She was so sweet and offered to pick me up from the bus station and then to drop me off at my next spot on the last day! The birdhouse was SO cozy and peaceful - a perfect, relaxing retreat - so much so that I ended up extending my time in Cesky Krumlov. Everything about the space has been planned with so much care and intentionality. On a rainy day, Michaela offered to bring me food from their restaurant so I wouldn’t have to venture out in the rain. The veal schnitzel was delicious! Everything about my stay was exceptional, and it’s the best experience I’ve ever had through Airbnb! Can’t thank Michaela enough for her kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend to anyone coming to this area!

A small but fine house that is kept clean according to the age. The quiet location ensures relaxation and recuperation – just right if you need a break from everything. Everything you need is there. The hosts were very friendly and were quick to respond to our questions. An all-round successful stay that I highly recommend to anyone!
