We were very well received by Dany who is very attentive. We enjoyed the local products put in the fridge for us as well as the message the next day. The apartment is perfect, nothing is missing, it is very well arranged with a very nice decoration. The terrace is great . It is very quiet. A haven of peace close to everything. The beach, the market and the city center are within walking distance. We will gladly come back. We recommend 100%. You can go there without a second thought.

His accommodation with neat decoration is perfectly equipped, impeccably clean, and well located in a quiet area. The balcony is a significant plus, allowing you to be outside for a drink or lunch without facing the street. Rent without hesitation!

The appartment was clean and had everything we needed, but above all it is perfectly situated with the beach a few meters down the road as well as a superb biscuiterie. The surrounding town was quiet during off-season. We were very happy with the accomodation!

Impeccable, clean, zero-humidity accommodation in a quiet private residence with parking, elevator. 2 min walk to the white sand beach, 1/2h walk to the center along the coast. I highly recommend for those who want to combine ease of coming and going since private parking, chilling on the beach and picnic in front of the sunset in 2 minutes, and clean and healthy accommodation.

We had a lovely stay at Philippe's apartment, who was very welcoming and responsive to our questions. The accommodation is very well equipped and perfectly located in a quiet area just a stone's throw from the port of Concarneau.

ideal accommodation for 2 on the garden level. very comfortable, good bedding. Nice decoration, 1 TV in the main room and 1 in the bedroom. A small outdoor area with table and 2 deckchairs. Very well located near a marina and a beach. You have to take the car to go to the shops but it is not far. the place is quiet. we really recommend this accommodation

Very pleasant stay for a week, the sea view is a delight as soon as you wake up in the morning. The terrace is a plus to enjoy this show. Very functional and clean apartment, decorated with taste. Small point less: no wifi, but we compensated with a connection sharing. The walk along the sea and access to the beach are very nice; We would definitely recommend the place.

We had a great stay in this apartment that offers a magnificent sea view! In addition, it is very well located, we do everything on foot (shops, beaches, walled city, etc.) and the environment is quiet. Small indication in case: the building is just before the parking lot on the right, so you have to go get the beep in the key box before you can enter the parking lot to park.

Conveniently located accommodation, superb view, beautiful place with a multitude of paths for walking or hiking including the GR 34 along the coast. Mr Gérard is very responsive during our exchanges and very welcoming.

we stayed at Phillipe's place for 5 nights. we really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the beds are comfortable and it is a good base for exploring the local area.

Small accommodation, very nice and very well located with enough amenities to be well settled. Gilles is very friendly and accommodating. The pool was well appreciated by the children. We had a pleasant stay and the area is beautiful to visit.

Excellent weekend at Didier's. Welcomed by his wife, she was very friendly, very good advice on activities, walks around the accommodation. The beach is in front of the accommodation, perfect for paddleboarding, kiteboarding... (less for surfing). We were lucky enough to attend the start of a sailing race (thank you for the binoculars in the apartment). Small clarification for parents, the pool is not visible from the accommodation. Regarding the accommodation itself, it's 10/10, tastefully decorated, impeccably clean (11/10 even), very nice balcony with awning, well equipped with table and chairs. The residence is very nice, well maintained, with a spa and restaurant, and a children's park a few steps away. In my opinion, the private parking space is very useful in July/August. Small note for cooks or pizza fans, the oven works very well but is rather small (microwave size). it was perfect Keep it up. Thanks for everything

Hi, Great stay in Étel in Nicole's accommodation. Ideally located, it allows access to all shops, bars, restaurants in Etel on foot as well as to the beach. It's really close to the center of Etel. We were also able to enjoy the many hiking trails and discover beautiful landscapes ☺️ Thanks!
