Kitchen has everything you will need to cook meals, crock pot, toaster, good selection of pots and pans as well as an outdoor grill. We supply individual coffee packs, both decaf and regular, sugar, creamer and Splenda in individual packs and bottled water. There is a computer desk with hookups,50 inch TV, Cable and a Roku. Gracious living

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Lake Champlain, Montreal, Ferry to Vermont, Lake Placid-Saranac Lake area is within minutes to only an hour. The City of Plattsburgh boasts the historical Strand Theater, and SUNY Plattsburgh. The Ausable Chasm is a must see. Great golf courses too! It is a charming area and the home is too, located on an acre with plenty of mature trees.

Our house is very open and spacious. It is designed to get around easily. There are multiple places to sit and eat or enjoy nature. The house has numerous windows and is well lit. There is a lot of deck space and a big back yard for games. We are always friendly and open, just down the road if anything is needed!
