Holiday rentals with a patio in Cleveland County

Carly is a fantastic host. It's almost as if she were waiting for every message and request, and her response was nearly instantaneous. If you are looking for a quiet, restful place to spend a few days on an actual family farm with all the critters you'd expect, this is the place. You could be as active or passive as you desire. And don't forget to order some of Carly's bagels or cookies, homemade by Carly's daughter, Brooklyn; they are delicious.

Great spot and as good as advertised. I would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely Airbnb ! John was an excellent host! His wife made a Banana Nut loaf bread for our arrival. And it was delicious! John shared some fresh eggs from their chickens and my husband devoured them!! The unit is neat, modern and clean! There is everything one needs in the kitchen and bathroom from towels , linens , shampoo and soap . A great big living room TV to watch movies on and a bedroom TV . The leather couch and chairs are comfy. The bed was extremely comfortable and I am fussy as I have several chronic back issues . I was relieved and delighted!! Alot of thought and care goes into this downstairs basement apt . This location is convenient to several key cities and towns. It is roughly 75 miles from Ashville, Hickory is only a few miles. Blowing Rock , N.C. is about 30-35 miles . ( a must !! ) An excellent restaurant in town is owned by a family member and does not disappoint! Highlands Butchery . We would stay again when traveling or visting Valdese area.

This place exceeded our expectations! Very comfortable, clean and very convenient for our trip. There were even fresh flowers on the table when we arrived welcoming us in. We will definitely stay here again if needed when we ar in town. Thanks Dennis!

This airbnb is only 4 miles away from The Barn at Blue Sky Farm which is why I chose it to stay while attending a family wedding at that location. It is clean and very peaceful. Church bells play faintly off in the distance mid morning. Full kitchen with oven, stove and full sized fridge for anyone that wants to cook any meals. The guest is able to turn on either AC or heat and set the temperature. With the weather in the 70s during my stay I found AC in the late afternoon kept it comfortable and having the window and doors open earlier in the day rather than AC was best. I didn't meet the hosts, but it was easy to access the unit on my own. As parking is under the large deck, the car stays shaded and cool. There is a nice clothing rack and hangers to hang up your formal wear if you are a wedding guest! I'm really glad I chose this location to stay at for the wedding and would recommend it.

We had a rehearsal dinner and wedding to attend in Gastonia and this location was perfect.....and so much better than any hotel option. thanks again Dee for your hospitality

We had a wonderful stay from May 20- May 25, 2025. Everything was just like the pictures promised. The sunroom & back porch with the rockers were great additions. Location was convenient to our family in Hickory, NC. Hopefully we will be able to stay there whenever we come to NC.

Place was beautiful and loved the open floor space. Had enough room for me my boyfriend and our children. Nice backyard area for the kids to play. Would stay again

The Tuckamore is perfect! Little things like a blanket on the couch, ice in the freezer, coffee, oatmeal, popcorn made my stay so enjoyable. Lily was quick to respond and saved me from having to search for some place to stay! I want to go back and explore Lincolnton!

Loved our stay here. So clean & beautiful. Such a peaceful and stunning location. The beds were super comfy and we just felt right at home. Will definitely stay here again one day. Highly recommend booking!

Everything was as listed, except for the view. I think the beauty of the view was understated, magnificent view of the mountains and the most wonderful firefly light show right after dusk. The only negative, which I believe is Air BNB’s issue is the door will not unlock with your code until the exact check in time. However, Kim being the good host she is responded quickly and manually unlocked the door 10 minutes early. Highly recommend staying here if you like a secluded stay with an incredible view.

Beautiful cabin close to everything but feels private. Heartily recommend.

We absolutely loved staying here! The place was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. They allowed us to walk around their little farm and also brought us bags of food to feed the animals. Very peaceful and quiet setting with beautiful views!

We loved the animals!!! So friendly and cute, they would come to the fence to greet us! The house was so cute and clean, and the scenery is just beautiful. We would love to come back. Thank you Lacy for greeting us and making us feel comfortable!

We attended one day of the PGA Championship in Quail Hollow. This was our ‘sleeping’ place. Fixed two breakfasts and dinners. Also spent time at Charlotte Premium Outlets and ate at two fun restaurants. Visited friends in the area. Might come back another time. So much to do. LOVED the disposable coffee cups provided which I used EVERY DAY.

My husband and myself enjoyed our stay this weekend ! It was very pleasant and we enjoyed Dean’s hospitality. The place is fully equipped and I would recommend this place to anyone !

Tanja’s garden cottage was nothing short of amazing! She reached out with check in instructions well before my time to check in and even reached out to make sure I got in ok. The cottage was about 10 minutes from town which was nice. Her instructions on how things worked were very helpful and she even left some snacks out for me to have. The bed was also very comfy!
