GERS ASTARAC MILL 2 PEOPLE

In the heart of Astarac on the Gers hills, renovated mill that can accommodate 2 people. Very quiet environment with unobstructed views of the countryside and Pyrenees in clear weather. 10 minutes from the Saramon recreation center (swimming lake, games) 20 minutes from AUCH. Numerous hiking and biking trails. The mill is located at the rear of the renovated farmhouse near the outbuildings with separate access. Limited access to the owners' pool, schedules to be defined together.

Character outbuilding of about 100 m2 with view of the Pyrenees mountain range. Ground floor with kitchen open to living room. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a large balcony, shower room and toilet. Second bedroom, 2 single beds with bathroom and toilet. 1 sofa convertible into a double bed in the living room. This small wooden chalet, built on stilts by the owner, is backed by the farm buildings. Well isolated from the grain farm, you will be surrounded by a small landscaped garden, a vegetable garden, and a small sunflower culture; with private access. Small cabin type accommodation, two 80X190 beds in height with a ladder access. Dining area and kitchen in the shelter. outdoor furniture with terrace . Electricity Kettle, plancha, dishes, utensils. In the cabin type Bivouac it is necessary to provide a sleeping bag or a duvet with sheets , and a bath towels. The bathroom and dry toilet are common and outdoors , facing nature and located within 30m.

Dry toilet (to be emptied on your departure) and shower. PLEASE BRING YOUR SHEETS AND TOWELS. The space to move from the bedroom to the shower is narrow <70 cm. Hot water and air conditioning. We lend 2 bikes upon request.
