The house is located 18 km from Bayeux, 25 km from Caen and the landing beaches, 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel.

Ideally located for outdoor activities, you will find nearby circuits for hiking/mountain biking, water sports (canoe, pedal boat) paragliding, horseback riding and catering. You will also be very close to the "la roche d'oëtre" site, one of the most beautiful hiking spots in Normandy Switzerland.

the small country house is a new and warm house without any overlooking, completely independent (small fully enclosed garden, terrace and private parking). it is located at the end of a small wooded path. the environment is very quiet and relaxing. close to Suisse Normande, this hilly place is ideal for walks in the countryside, in the forest (Grimboscq forest 3 km away) or along the Orne, whether on foot or by bike.
