It's not unusual to see road runners, deer, turkey & hear yelps of coyotes in the distance. To add to your experience each cabin has a fire pit, sittin' porch & grill!

Lake house sits on a flat 2.5 acre lot with private access to expansive rock point for swimming, fishing and sitting and relaxing with the lake all around you. Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river!

This house is a two level, it has two (2) private levels with separate entrances. Level 1 is the upper level which is not included on this listing. This listing is for level 2, the lower level, it is about 2,000 square feet connected to a 900 square foot walk out patio. Level 1, the upper level is seldomly rented, owners get away, they are at the home often.
