This was a great stay. It was so conveniently located and very safe! The place was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated! We felt right at home and would love to stay here again!

We all enjoyed our stay very much. It’s a lovely historic building, beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and close to downtown. We enjoyed walking around the small park next to the house. I love the high ceilings, and even though the weather was beautiful, we appreciated that the air conditioning and fans were ready if we needed them. It was also really pleasant to sit on the front porch in the evening. A lovely home, great information and recommendations from the hosts, and we would be delighted to visit again.

Great one-bedroom spot just a block from Transfer food hall and Burial. Perfect for a 2-person weekend stay. Plenty of street parking in the area but not even needed since there's a driveway for one car! Occasional road noise overnight, but there's a sound machine provided to drown it out.

Midge was super communicative and checked in just enough leading up to our arrival and was readily available once we got there. Beautiful neighborhood, very private, clean and just as described. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown. Highly recommend!

Sally’s Suite was a pleasant stay in a beautiful area of downtown Raleigh. Eddie and Kay (and team) were absolutely amazing and responsive. The apartment was cute, comfy, and had a nice historic feel while still feeling modern. I very much enjoyed my stay. WiFi and shower pressure were great too :)

It was exactly as described! The location was good and we could walk to some nice restaurants. It was nice and quiet in the evening and the beds were super comfortable! The hosts were very proactive and the check out instructions were simple and easy (just take out the trash).

We had a great stay! The home was comfortable, well-stocked with thoughtful amenities, and perfect for traveling with dogs… our pups loved the fully fenced backyard. The host was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay.

This was our first time traveling with our 2 dogs, the house was very cozy, the backyard was fenced in, large enough for them to play. We had plenty of room beds were comfortable, clean throughout the house. the area was quiet, lots of privacy, it was near our daughter's house and was driving distance to Raleigh and surrounding towns. We stayed at Cesia's place for about a week while I was working in the area. There's lots of space and the place was clean. Cesia was easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.

This was exactly what we were looking for - a cozy private home for us and our dog for a couple nights while we were in town. Our dog was very stressed out when we had stayed at a pet-friendly hotel previously, and this worked so much better for her. All three of us were comfortable and loved all the dog-friendly touches, which made us feel like our dog was not just "allowed" but catered to. The host was also super, with clear instructions, and replied within minutes to a message. I would absolutely stay here again for future family events in the area!

This home was amazing! We loved every bit of it and that everyone was able to get their own room! The kids enjoyed the big backyard and we all enjoyed the clean space. Very beautiful home with super comfy beds!! We will certainly be back. The host was a 10/10 highly recommend

Had a nice stay! Easy check in and designated parking space was nice too. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Lots of food options nearby and a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again if I’m ever back in the area.

Had a great stay with Bob on our trip to Raleigh! The location was super convenient for us to bounce around town. Bob was very responsive when I had a question or two, excellent host. The space is kind of “no frills” but was perfect for our needs and an excellent value. We would definitely stay here again on future visits to Raleigh.

The home was beautiful and had a lot of space. It was just two of us, but we could have easily split it with at least two more people. We especially loved the lake view patio. We enjoyed our morning coffee out there every morning as well as a few night caps. It was so peaceful. Jim was very easy and quick to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again.

Being from the Raleigh area, I was excited to find a charming home in the Village District. The neighborhood is beautiful, and quiet. Grocery, shopping & dining of Cameron Village are super close. Fifteen minutes from RDU, and less than ten from downtown. It’s a great location for a vacation stay! Patti was kind, gracious and informative. Everything was exactly as described. Would definitely stay again, and I recommend this place to anyone visiting Raleigh.
