Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Clarendon County

You can tell her and her husband are professional host. this was my first time staying in Airbnb and I immediately felt like family. they are very engaging. we had a great conversation. they have management experience and rental businesses and you can tell house is well kept very functional and impressive better than most hotels. it was as advertised. she also gave me some milk when II needed it. very friendly. took care of any problems that arose. I would definitely come back and stay again. I consider them friends. there is a nice carport that you can park your car in if you want it out of the weather. my room was spacious, clean comfortable had its own bathroom. lot of small touches that gave it a wonderful feel. I could definitely tell that they both put a lot of work into their home to make guests feel comfortable and it was certainly a professional setup. I would recommend this host to anybody. George and Teresa are wonderful people. thank you for letting me stay at your home

We just spent a week here for an extended family vacation, and what a wonderful trip! The property is on a quiet part of the Lake of Marion and about 15-20 minutes from most restaurants or stores. The pool and the screened-in porch area were our favorites and where we spent most of the week. My kids loved kayaking and fishing off the dock in the mornings before jumping into the pool to spend most of the day. I would definitely advise going grocery shopping and planning a lot of your meals at the house. As mentioned, it’s pretty isolated, and a lot of the places close have limited hours. For food options, I would suggest Fayz on the Lake, Summerton Diner, D&H BBQ, and Thommy Mac’s. The house was wonderful and easily enough room for nine people. Stuart was a great host and provided everything we needed and gave us good local recommendations

My family and I had a wonderful time at this lake house! It was fully stocked with everything we needed! Yard was beautiful. Pool was our favorite hangout spot and was very clean with plenty of room for our big family. The beds were comfortable! Bath tub upstairs was awesome for a soak after a long day in the sun. My family enjoyed kayaking the lake together, and the back porch was a vibe!!! Could not recommend this place more. We will be back!

J.R’s Place looked exactly as in the pictures if not better. Plenty of compound space, parking and beds. Check in was very easy and internet was very reliable. We enjoyed our stay. The lake-front and indoor games was a plus.

We absolutely loved our stay at Anthony’s! Our goal was to park the cars on Thursday and not have to leave all weekend, and we did just that. There was so much to do without even leaving the property- a fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable living-room seating, each bedroom equipped with exactly the same things- including a very comfortable bed & spacious bathrooms! The guys really loved fishing off the dock, (although the fish weren’t biting 😂) and the ladies enjoyed the pool, kayaks, lake tubes and cornhole! Anthony gives clear cut directions on all the house amenities, is super responsive if you have any questions, and really has outdone himself in setting up a true slice of heaven on lake Marion. The sunrises & sunsets were STUNNING- i cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for a creating a space my closest friends and i were able to make lasting memories at! We will be back !

Everything was as outlined in the listing. Beautiful home. We especially enjoyed the pool and swim spa. Fortunately the home made up for the lack of things to do in the area. But we knew that going in so we planned accordingly. Could have done without the mayflies😃.
