A very comfortable 2nd floor 1 bedroom home. Great neighborhood in a prefect location- close to restaurants , grocery store, bank of America, CVs, and Walgreens (3 block radius). + Pet Friendly Thank you Amy for the quick responses. All and all a great place in a great location.

Marie's place was fantastic. Everything looked just like the pictures and the entire apartment was spotless. The area the Airbnb is in seemed very safe and had an easy walk to a few restaurants and stores. The host was very responsive and polite, answering any questions I had within 30 minutes or less. I would 100% come here again and highly recommend it.

Very nice place in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone. It's within walking distance to town, a great ice cream shop. Eric is awesome even though I spoke more than him..lol. All I can say is you will love ❤️ your stay there.. Give it a try, great place..

We were visiting Buffalo for a concert at Highmark - and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Aside from being nice and close to the stadium (just a 10-minute Uber ride away), the apartment is also located in a great neighbourhood with pubs and coffee shops within walking distance. There is ample parking. But we were pleasantly surprised to see how large the space actually is. The photos do not do it justice! It's very spacious, bright, and clean. We would highly recommend this property and I'm sure we'll be back!

We always enjoy staying here! It’s so close to the mall and many restaurants. A short walk away is a nice park and a small creek. There’s also several grocery stores nearby that made it easy to find whatever we needed

We recently returned to my hometown of Buffalo to attend a family wedding. Rather than our usual plan of using a hotel, we decided to try an AirBnB. The Village Retreat, situated a short block off Main St. in Williamsville exceeded our expectations on almost every front. Leah and Mitchell were welcoming, friendly, very responsive, and clear in their directions and explanations. The apartment is exactly as described and as appears in the photos. It is well-appointed, tastefully decorated, comfortable and spotless. The beds were quite comfortable and the living room sunny with plenty of room to relax. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. The location, especially if your stay is centered in the eastern suburbs, couldn't be better. We definitely plan to return for our next visit.

Johns place was high class and in a fantastic area close to all that the village of Williamsville has to offer. Comfortable sleeping arrangements and fantastic living quarters. John himself was very responsive and helpful. I’d recommend you stay here!

I had a last minute hiccup with another Airbnb and was able to book this one at the last minute. it was super easy and Alfred was very responsive to my last minute request. The apartment was neat and comfortable.

Great place in the heart of North Buffalo. Perfect for a single or couple traveling or in town for work.

I say this a lot but I really hate the idea of this place being hard to get in the future. When I saw the location I wasn’t sure what I would find. What I found was a very efficient apartment with enough space to be comfortable but not so much space that I didn’t see most of it. A couple of nice size bedrooms, sizable eat-in kitchen and nice size bathroom as well as a small laundry area. Bigger than a hotel room but smaller than a house. The neighborhood was surprising. Nice, well-kept houses around it and then nice restaurants down the street on and around Larkin Square. It was close to where we needed to be as well. I often have stayed in the Elmwood area, which honestly is a bit sketchy in parts. But this was really nice and I wasn’t worried about my car being on the street. I wish I could say something negative about the place so I don’t have to fight to stay there in the future but I can’t.

We absolutely loved Bear's Den! Tony was so friendly and helpful, the location was perfect and this was the cleanest AirBNB I've ever stayed in! We had the best time and could not have asked for a better location for everything we wanted to do! Bear was very sweet and we enjoyed meeting him! Thank you so much!!

Emilee provided a very warm and welcoming stay! It’s close to everything I needed which also included the airport. It felt cozy and comfortable for a peaceful stay.

This establishment went above and beyond our expectations. It was clean, organized and all directions on how to enter the unit and procedures were clearly communicated. Will definitely stay there again.

Great location and property.

Nice place. Well located for boat watching two blocks away. Hot tub looked great but sadly ran out of time to enjoy it. Kitchen well supplied for quick meal prep. Unit 4 faces backyard/parking (hot tub) whereas the other 3 units are accessed from front porch. Close to grocery stores, shoppers etc.

Leah was very responsive to any questions we had. The place itself is wonderful and located in a nice area. I would definitely recommend.

Arthur's place was so conveniently located and cozy at the same time. It was located in a quiet neighborhood and the backyard felt very private & peaceful. With the fenced backyard, we could chill outside with our two dogs. Yet, the place was very close to the main touristy area - only 5 min drive to the Niagara falls parking lot. The place had everything we needed plus more! Highly recommend Arthur's place!

Jarmilla and her husband were very friendly and helpful. I had a question during my stay and they responded quickly with help. Quiet neighborhood but so close to the falls and night life of the falls.

I've stayed at numerous Airbnb locations but Denise ranks up there with the best. She is very caring and on top of her game. With amenities you wouldn't think would be available to the cozy decor that felt like home. Anytime, we had any questions she was right there to hold out hands. If I'm ever back in area I'll be reaching out for any future stays. Great job Denise. Keep up the awesome work.

We absolutely loved the place . It was everything we were looking for for a short relaxing weekend. Loved the massage chair for our achy bones and the ability to soak in a large indoor hot tub and watch the football games couldn’t have been anymore awesome . Robert was super pro active with communicating with us and made sure we were happy with everything before and after checkin . I can’t recommend this place enough .
