Absolutely stunning home! Everything was exactly as pictured—clean, stylish, and so comfortable. The attention to detail made the space feel luxurious yet welcoming. The host was kind, responsive, and made check-in seamless. I especially loved the front swing. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful stay. I would definitely come back!

We travel with our dogs and our ‘girls’ were very relaxed at Aaron’s house. Location was perfect for restaurants, shopping and close to our family and graduation activities. We would definitely stay again.

Charla had one of the best deals in a perfect package. It was a nice safe neighborhood with a lot of spaces and good vibes. Kitchen was more kitted out than more airbnbs and we had plenty of beds. Place was very clean and host was super responsive!

We stayed here while visiting Tulsa for a wedding. This is a delightful place! Super cute house with lovely eclectic decor and thoughtful touches in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to lots of areas of interest. The house was impeccably clean, and the layout is nice, with space to spread out. I had early morning Zoom meetings while my husband was still sleeping, and there were multiple places I could do my work without disturbing anyone… the little kitchen breakfast nook, the front living room (there’s a back living room too!) and the screened-in porch. The backyard is pleasant and private. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of pillows, and bedside tables with lamps that have outlets where you can connect your phone charger. Communication with Lila and check-in were so easy. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this place to friends!

Our favorite place to stay when in Tulsa! Walking distance to expo square, safe neighborhood and quiet. Loved the coffee and the rocking chair in one of the bedrooms so I could rock my baby at night! Looking forward to staying again.

Absolutely beautiful home! Mark was there to show us around and was so helpful while showing us things about the home. They were very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Truly a gem!

We enjoyed our stay in Broken Arrow! The house looked exactly like the photos. We enjoyed the neighborhood as well.

We gathered with another family for a graduation celebration and found this peaceful home to be worth every penny. The only suggestion we had was concerning the multi- leveled living room-dining areas, which seemed to be a hazard that would be better navigated if marked. The pool was clean, bathrooms were luxurious, and living room area was spacious and inviting for entertaining guests. The exterior patio had plenty of seating, a large backyard for the kids to run, and was well- lit for night time chats with the family. The peaceful neighborhood invitated long walks with gorgeous aged trees. We were tremendously satisfied with our stay!

2nd time staying here. It's a nice little get away. The pool is a big selling point. Spent all night by it on check in and almost all morning in it second day. Lake was up almost 25ft so access to the lake was limited.

Home away from Home! Very comfortable with space for everyone. Private quiet neighborhood, Great communication. I'm going to book this home again when I'm back in this area.

Host was super nice, answered any questions we had. Gave good recommendations for food in town. It was super peaceful and perfect for the kiddos! There was lots of activities & the chocolate chip cookies were absolutely perfect! Definitely recommending to all my friends and family!

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation at this home in South Tulsa! Immediately upon entering, the house smelled great and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is awesome! It has a 6 burner stove and a big oven with everything you need to prepare a meal. There is even a small hot air popcorn popper. There is access to the garage to park a vehicle, which was convenient when it rained on check-out day. We especially loved spending time by the pool. It's temperature regulated, so it was not too cold, but perfectly cool. It's not super private as some of the neighboring houses sit high on a hill and can see over the fence. That being said, we felt very safe there. It's in a safe neighborhood, which was a huge plus. Highly, highly recommend for a relaxing getaway! Jeremy was super responsive and made everything easy. Easily 5 stars!

Cody and Jordan were very responsive. The house was perfect for our family and the area was excellent. We were able to walk and/or jog through the neighborhood each morning and loved being able to walk to Utica Square for shopping and to grab our Starbucks. Parking at the house was a nice accommodation too.

Wonderful location, great spot to stay. Work in Tulsa a few months out of the year and this spot is very convenient, comfy, and quiet. Great host, excellent blackout curtains, clean home, good price. Never a complaint when I stay here. Will definitely stay here again.

What a great cottage nestled in an older but well kept neighborhood. Felt very private. Certainly enough room and was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. I would certainly stay there again if I come back to Tulsa.

Very quiet and peaceful location. Watched a rabbit play in yard while eating dinner. Pictures are very accurate. Perfect for one person or a couple.

We had an amazing stay at the cabin. It is such a beautiful and peacefulI place! It was spotless but still so homey. Kathy thought of everything you might want or need and the little touches like eye masks and shower loofahs showed how much she cares about her guests! We will definitely be going back to visit this wonderful spot!

Wonderful stay! We stayed at Judith’s place for the AKC Dog Show, and the peaceful surroundings and dog yard were a great place for us to relax in the afternoons. We hope to return next year! Thank you!!!

A wonderful little quiet retreat for a weekend getaway!

This is the second time I have been there to stay and each time myself and my family found it to be a great place. The boys and their mom love feeding the horses and I enjoy just being able to lay back relax and have some downtime. The boys are 12 and 13 and very hyper and even they are super chilled out and relaxed there we look for reasons not to leave and just hang out there. Other than your food everything that is needed at a Airbnb and is there plus there’s more than a normal Airbnb. I highly recommend you trying this little country house out thank you Sandy for creating such a warm place for people to stay.
