We had a very nice few days at the place. We didn't miss anything and we were able to relax very well. The terrace is of course the absolute highlight but also the rest of the accommodation is very lovingly furnished, so that you feel right at home. In addition, Chunjiang is a very friendly hostess who was always easy to reach.

Wesley’s place was truly one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. The space was spotless, cozy, and clearly prepared with care. There were thoughtful extras provided that made such a difference. It felt like someone genuinely thought about what guests might need, and that meant so much. Wesley himself was absolutely wonderful—kind, communicative, and so flexible with our family’s needs. He made us feel welcomed and looked after from start to finish. The backyard was another highlight. It gave our family a peaceful space to relax, and the kids had room to run and play safely. Wesley didn’t just tolerate our presence—he made us feel like we belonged there. The first aid kit, comfortable linens, paper goods, and entertainment access were all appreciated, but what stood out most was the heart behind it all. You don’t always get that when you travel. Thank you, Wesley, for your warmth and hospitality. We’re so grateful!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and spotless home! Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, it was the perfect place for our family while visiting our daughter in medical school. The house had everything we needed—well-equipped with all the essentials, and plenty of room for everyone to relax and spend time together. The pool was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed the nearby park and walking trails. Shopping and dining options were conveniently close, and getting to Disneyland was a quick and easy drive. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. We’d love to stay again!

Great place to stay with easy access to all that the Claremont area has to offer

We were in town for a wedding and wanted to be a bit away from the hubbub so the property was perfect for what we needed. the neighborhood was beautiful and the location was a short drive from everywhere we needed to be.

This was my first stay in an Air BnB. It was in preparation for my daughter’s wedding. The home was lovely and spacious. The kitchen was well outfitted with everything we needed. I had a couple of questions during our stay, and Princess responded very quickly. I would highly recommend this property and host.

We only stayed here one night to attend a graduation, but we absolutely loved the place. The pictures are great, but you won't really get just how charming the place is till you're there. It was plenty of space for 3 of us. Loved the little balcony and the writing/reading corner. We all slept great on the 3 beds: the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, even with the windows open overnight. We were there on a Wed night and we always found a parking spot close to the home along the street. We didn't cook there but it looked like everything you'd need was there. We enjoyed walking 5 minutes to breakfast at Park Pantry and being so close to everything we needed to access. Even with the hosts living in the downstairs home, we never heard them and our upstairs home was quiet and private. Pamela was always quick to respond and was accommodating of our schedule. We'd stay here again and highly recommend.

We LOVED LOVED LOVED Elizabeth’s place soooooo much!!! We were completely wow’s by her accommodation & hosting. She brought us extra fruit on top of providing us with breakfast with all fixings you could possibly ask for our entire trip. Her coffee was delicious & the tea selection was incredible. She even left us a cooler of drinks & delicious snacks after we went to the football game nearby at the Rose Bowl. My girlfriend & I have stayed at over one-hundred Airbnbs combined & Elizabeth was by far the best host we have ever had. We felt so at home with her lovely decor, comfortable amenities, & safe surroundings. This was an airbnb experience we will always cherish & never forget. We hope to be back soon. Thank you so much Elizabeth for everything. We cannot stop talking about your place to our friends, family, uber drivers, ect ect. Your kindness & attention to detail is unmatched. Love John & Fabi

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a lovely spot! It’s quiet, spacious, and CLEAN! Aaron was a responsive and friendly host, as well. There are two great taco spots just across the street and within walking distance of Riverside Food Lab. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

We are a family of 6 from the Philippines and we stayed in Darcy's place for almost a month. We were just so happy with everything and it was truly our home away from home. The house is near a bus stop so if you are like us who is OK with taking public transport, this is very helpful as well. Darcy is such a gracious host making sure all that we needed was taken cared of, thanks so much Darcy! Given a chance in the future, we will definitely stay again here.

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

Clean place to stay if you want to stay in DTLA Cute restaurant right below that has good brunch and lunch. Place is clean and bed was comfortable House is setup with a full kitchen, so you can cook your own meals if you prefer that. Pool + hot tub area was decent. I would not suggest this as a family friendly location if you’re traveling with kids or anyone just not used to LA and the type of people in this area.
