What an adorable stay! I especially appreciated the decor in both bedrooms. Very well appointed (along with the exposed brick) and they thought of all the things to make it feel welcoming. Bed was very comfortable, lovely towels and linens, comfortable living room furniture to relax. It's in a perfect downtown location also. Walkable to all sorts of restaurants and coffee shops. Aaron was very communicative and helpful also! Definitely recommend!

The check-in process was seamless, and I felt right at home. The room was spotless, with attention to detail that showcased the housekeeping team's dedication. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Views each morning and evening were highlights of my visit. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay. I look forward to returning in the future.

The day I booked this stay I was assaulted in the ear and put my finger in it, publicly, to alleviate the pain. When I arrived there was a Q-tip on an inside bedroom window sill, then another Q-tip left by my car. The floor smelled of fresh urine, as if whoever entered and placed that Q-tip also pissed by the entrance and in the bedroom. Exhausted, I stayed the two nights booked and left it cleaner than I found it. The windows were difficult to secure, and I hope no one entered through one of them while I slept. Items on the living room floor when I awoke suggested otherwise. I hope this is all at no fault of the host. Airbnbs in multifamily units left unlocked before arrival enable myriad sabotage. This can be standard operating procedure for covert operatives, who endeavor to convince targets that anyone will accept a bribe to hurt us. The space was immaculate. It looked recently painted and fresh. The staff were extremely responsive. My phone can't support the upgrade to airbnb and they helped me work around that issue.

An absolutely beautiful space and amazing hosts. I had the perfect stay with Monica and Gary, they were so friendly and helpful. The apartment is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in by far, the view from the balcony is beautiful and the lake access is beautiful with a large sandy beach. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit lake city. Also, very comfy beds and a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Super cute apartment unit! They had all the amenities, clear instructions, it was super clean and easy to check in and out of! Very nice! The host was super helpful with instructions and information before check in too!

We have stayed several times now. This place has a beautiful view of Lake Missaukee. They are always accommodating with check-in time. Check in and out was easy. Walking distance to restaurants. It had everything we needed. Host was very responsive.

This was my second time staying here and I have no complaints. The apartment is perfectly priced, and in a great location. I highly recommend it.

The home was extremely clean and very cute. We enjoyed every space and it was a comfortable, peaceful place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the back porch was perfect for viewing the beautiful creek!

We have stayed at Tom’s place a few times now. He is a very responsive and accommodating host that has a place that is exactly as described. This place is great for staying in the woods with perfect accommodations. There is also a bar/restaurant down the street that is a fun place to go. Tom even recommended the excellent pizza at the Sunoco, demonstrating his knowledge of the area. We are definitely going back as it is totally worth the experience. We use it to atv ride at the Leota trails, and thus allows us to park and ride the whole time. It’s great. Thanks again Tom!

We had a great stay! The house felt very safe and truly like a home—cozy, welcoming, and clearly well loved over the years. The king beds were super comfy, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with thoughtful touches like shampoo, toothpaste, and more. The beach nearby was beautiful, and we loved sitting out on the patio, enjoying the scenery and wildlife. The hot tub was relaxing, though some simple instructions would be helpful. The hot tub room made a perfect space for family time, and the living room was great for movies. The driveway is steep but that wasn’t a problem for us. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful the entire time. Overall, five stars—can’t beat the value!

We had a peaceful weekend enjoying the lake. The kids especially liked the paddleboat. We had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

We had a very nice stay in this very clean cabin. House hold supplies were plentiful. One could practically check in without much luggage and stay for weeks on ends. Owners do a very good job up keeping this property.

Absolutely loved the property and the house. The perfect place to just get away and spend time with family. The kitchen was a little smaller than I personally like but it had everything one would need to make a family meal. Ran into a couple minor things during our stay which is kind of normal for airbnbs but Mary the host was very responsive and handled things very fast and professional. I 100% recommend this property and would gladly stay again.

We stayed here to visit family and we also wanted to do some skiing. We enjoyed being so close to the local ski hill, Snow Snake and also did day trips to Caberfae and The Highlands. It was perfect! We loved being across from the grocery store and so close to downtown! We went to Up North Coffee everyday and even placed a bulk order of their amazing mini cupcakes. We also loved the Jackpine Restaurant in downtown Harrison. The house was perfect! So clean and cozy!

The condo was located on beautiful Lake Cadillac, just a few minutes from downtown. It was clean with all the amenities anyone could need. I was able to do laundry, cook dinner and sit out and watch the sunset all from our condo. We had easy access to the lake right out the backdoor, along with a firepit. Right across the road is a volleyball net that the kids loved and they were able to enjoy the pool, as well. We loved the place and would defiantly stay again.

The home was very clean and well-maintained, which was important for me since I was staying here while on a work trip. The owner is very responsive as well.

Our third time staying in one of the units and it was so spacious. With a bad weather weekend we all had soace without having to be on top of each other.

Doug was a wonderful host and very quick to respond and deliver if we needed anything at all. Stayed here with my wife and baby girl to be closer to the job in Hemlock. This location is in a peaceful, just outside downtown neighborhood. The entire city of Midland was very pleasant to be in ; everyone here was very friendly and just so much different from the Detroit Metro area. You definitely feel safe here. Being so close to downtown , there were plenty of restaurants, parks, and stores that are less than a 5 minute drive away. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks again Doug!

We didn’t actually get to stay at this lovely condo because I accidentally booked the wrong dates! Jessica was quick to respond and was extremely understand. We hope to get to stay here sometime in the future!!
