Family-friendly holiday rentals in Civitella Paganico

Unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum. Francesca und Francesco haben einen wunderbaren Ort geschaffen, sind sympathische Menschen und tolle Gastgeber. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und haben alle nötigen Informationen erhalten. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns zuhause gefühlt und konnten das liebevoll gestaltete Gelände frei erkunden und auch in Privatheit genießen. Auch der Kontakt zu anderen Gästen war angenehm und respektvoll. Die Räume sind rustikal und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und versprühen einen besonderen Charme. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Die Anfahrt zur Poderracio ist entsprechend abenteuerlich (Serpentinen und enge, holprigen Straße). Alle Produkte wie z.B. der Frühstückskorb sind super lecker und von hoher Qualität . Zusätzlich haben wir von Francesca frisch geerntetes Gemüse (Zucchinis, rote Beete, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch) bekommen. Während des Aufenthalts wurden wir zum gemeinsamen Pizzabacken in den Privaträumen eingeladen und genossen einen wunderschönen Abend. DANKE!

Massimo beschreibt den Weg zur Unterkunft sehr gut, das Häuschen liegt etwa 20 min südlich von Florenz mitten in den Weinbergen, sehr ruhig und malerisch in den toskanischen Hügeln. Wir waren zu dritt bei Massimo und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Ob Stadtbesichtigung von Siena& Florenz, Weinverkostung oder einfach die Ruhe am Haus genießen: für alles das perfekt geeignet! Das Haus ist typisch toskanisch, Massimo und Beatrice haben viel Arbeit reingesteckt um ihren Gästen einen authentischen Aufenthalt zu bieten: trotzdem aber modern mit Klimaanlage- im Sommer geht’s auch kaum ohne! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Incredible trip. Paola and Michele were so friendly and welcoming. Always there to give advice and make sure you had everything you needed. The little converted hay barn was just beautiful and lovely. Location wise it just couldn’t be beaten. The garden was amazing and we ate outside morning and night, easy access to amazing Tuscany countryside and also a short trip on the train to Florence from Montevarchi. Loved every minute we were there and we were sorry to leave. Would highly recommend.

I can not say enough about Alessandra and her amazing land! It was the most magical place we have ever been to. We are taking a 3 month trip, hitting up 21 cities in Europe and this is BY far the best! She was so kind and took us shopping and back to our train! She was always there when we needed her.thank you Alessandra we will see you next year!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Glorias Haus. Unser vierbeiniger Freund hat sich in der Natur auch total wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist klein aber fein und hat alles was man braucht. Das Grundstück hat eine schöne Größe und eignet sich perfekt um draußen zu Essen, im Whirlpool zu entspannen oder einfach in der Sonne zu liegen. Der Weg zum Haus ist ein wenig anspruchsvoll, aber mit einem normalen Auto und ein bisschen Fahrpraxis durchaus zu meistern. Gloria war für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns bereits im Vorfeld gute Ausflugstipps für die Gegend gegeben. Auch bei eventuellen Nachfragen hat sie immer sehr schnell reagiert und uns geholfen. Um einfach mal raus zu kommen und die Natur und die Ruhe der Toskana zu genießen, ist es perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We just checked out of this wonderful villa today, and it has truly been one of the most special places we’ve ever stayed. We arrived with my husband’s parents, my husband, and our toddler, and from the moment we got there, everything exceeded our expectations. Alex greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the villa and the property, and provided detailed printed information about nearby restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and wine tours. The property also produces its own wine, which was available for purchase and could be conveniently delivered to our villa during our stay. Alex shared his contact number and made himself available in case we needed anything—which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the vineyard and offering breathtaking views. It was the perfect setting to disconnect and truly live in the moment. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Thank you Alex!

Können wir absolut empfehlen ! Ist alles so wie im Text beschrieben und auf den Foto´s zu sehen. Liegt ca 2 km außerhalb vom total schnuckeligen Örtchen Casole de Elsa. Von Andrea + Barbara gab´s alle nötigen Infos zur Anreise und viele tolle Tipps vor Ort, immer mit den dazugehörigen Links. Zum Beispiel verzögerte sich unsere Anreise verkehrsbedingt auf ca. 22:15 Uhr. War kein Problem, wir standen in Kontakt und als wir ankamen, hat uns Andrea persönlich in Empfang genommen. Und wenn wir während unseres Aufenthaltes eine Frage hatten, kam immer sehr zügig eine Antwort. (Wo man in Siena am Besten parken kann, wie gelangt man am Besten nach Florenz, ...)

Our stay was wonderful! Fulvia is a very gracious host and her property is lovely. The cottage provided more than enough space for two people and is very peaceful and relaxing. The property is even nicer in person than in the pictures. Fulvia has given great attention to all the small details that made our stay very comfortable; well equipped kitchen, bedding was comfortable, separate bathroom was a lovely bonus, outside sitting areas are in a beautiful environment. Would highly recommend and happily return!

Staying at Agrigreen La Lama was hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, Rita welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality that we felt at home. The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm—surrounded by nature and the kind of quiet that soothes the soul. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was getting to cook in Rita’s own home, which she generously opened to us. It was such a unique and personal experience that made us feel truly connected to the space and the spirit of the farm. If you’re looking for a place to slow down, feel grounded, and enjoy genuine hospitality, Rita’s space is an absolute gem. I’m already looking forward to the day I can return.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, sehr entspannt, die Lage ist echt traumhaft, es ist ein altes, wunderschönes Haus. Wir kommen wieder.

One of the most unique, homey and wonderful places on earth. Found Pitigliano with a little research and glad we did - make sure you make your way to Saturnia for the thermal pools as well. Was a little caught off guard with no WiFi for international travel but had WiFi at the cafe upstairs!

Nous avons été de suite sous le charme de cette propriété. Tout ici compose l'image qu'on peut se faire de la belle campagne Toscane. Tout en haut de la colline surplombant la vallée, la vue y est splendide et romantique. La propriété a été renovée avec le confort d'aujourd'hui tout en conservant son âme d'autrefois. On s'y sent de suite bien, l'energie est bienfaisante, la nature, les animaux, tout est en harmonie! L'accueil, la cuisine d'Oscar, la superbe piscine, la terrasse ombragée, les petits-dejeuners copieux fait maison! C'est plus qu'un coup de coeur, cet endroit est une pépite! Nous reviendrons!

Nádherné místo, vše připraveno i s občerstvením, ubytování klidné a čisté ... Klimatizace funkční, ale skoro nebyla potřeba, protože to bylo krásné klasické toskánské ubytování, kde jsme rozhodně nebyli naposledy

We had a wonderful stay at Luca’s and the view cannot be beat! Luca went above expectations by meeting us at checkin to show us where to park and taking our luggage to and from the unit. Hope to stay here again one day!

Loved our stay! Great set up, great location, and really responsive host. Check in was easy, we had everything we needed and the views are INCREDIBLE from the house. There’s also a nice coffee place just downstairs that opens early. Highly recommended!

Simple amazing stay to discover Tuscany and even stay in to relax. Giulio is always present for any help without being intrusive. The house and grounds are well taken care of while keeping an amazing Tuscan rustic vibe. We made amazing family memories and can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for a central stay to explore the best Tuscany has to offer.

Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le cottage de Clarissa et Antonio qui est situé dans un endroit magnifique et au calme mais proche du centre du village de Radicofani. On peut s’y rendre à pied et l’on y trouve de petits commerces et de bons restaurants. Le cottage est bien équipé, propre et très agréable. Nous avons été accueillis par Sara et Marcello qui sont très avenant et très sympathiques. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions de bienvenue. Le cottage est très bien situé géographiquement pour visiter les principaux villages de Toscane et profiter de magnifiques paysages. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine en fin de séjour ce qui a été très appréciable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir séjourner chez Clarissa et Antonio.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! Giuliani is a wonderful host who made us feel as if this slice of paradise was our home, too. The location, the meticulously restored home, the views all make for the ultimate Tuscan experience. But Giuliani and her husband bring it all together with their warmth and attentiveness. It was a tough place to say goodbye to — for now. If you are looking for a Tuscan experience, this is it. And remember to ask for the hosts’ home-cooked meal. It is a culinary experience in the very best sense.

We had the most magical stay at this Tuscany farm! The property is absolutely stunning — nestled among rolling vineyards and olive groves, with postcard-perfect views in every direction. Our apartment was spacious, charming, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, sharing local recommendations. Our kids loved meeting the animals, exploring the grounds, and especially swimming in the beautiful pool overlooking the hills — it was a total dream! Evenings on the terrace with a glass of wine and the Tuscan sunset were unforgettable. This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our family, and we can't wait to return. Sehr schöne ruhige Unterkunft im toskanischen Flair. Tolle Anlage auch mit Pool und toller Aussicht. Schnell in Florenz und auf den Straßen zu den Ausflugszielen. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gern wieder. :)
