Excellent service and location of the accommodation, super friendly the man who attended us and she gave us the number of a relative to arrange transportation, Don Hector is super friendly and very helpful, I highly recommend them...

Place was as described and in a good location. Check-in can be a challenge if you don't speak Spanish as you'll need to communicate with the front desk.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Communication with them was smooth at all times, they responded quickly. The apartment is comfortable, as shown in the photographs. The location is within a very safe private neighborhood. I was able to leave my vehicle parked safely.

We enjoyed our short stay here. We booked it last minute after traveling around Guatemala and found it to be a great place just off the busy areas. Lots to do within walking distance but not too touristy. Having the washer and lines outside to do our laundry was one of the things that we looked forward to at the end of a two week trip! The kitchen is a bit dated but functional and we really enjoyed our time here. Thank you!

Everything is always good with Carlos' apartments

I had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful—just like in the photos—and everything was spotless and very comfortable. You can tell the hosts really care about the space and the experience. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. I would definitely love to stay here again!

We had a great time staying at Carlos' house. The place is beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the open concept and two yards. The location for us was great because it was close enough to walk, but far enough to be able to sleep through the night during holy week festivities. The beds were really comfortable and loved sleeping on them. The decor and furniture in the house was nice, comfortable and clean. The internet connection was great for me to work on without issues. The house vibe screams Antigua! We loved staying here and will definitely be looking at coming back.

The house is spacious enough for large groups. Each room has a private bathroom. It also has parking, which is a great benefit in Antigua. The house is within walking distance of the center (we only walked during the day).

Joaquín was very proactive in asking us if the accommodation was good and checking if we had any problems. The accommodation was just as you see in the photos, you can easily access the center on foot or by car and the neighborhood felt very quiet. A very good stay

Unfortunately my trip had to be cut short so I only stayed 1 night. But I absolutely loved it and nearly wanted to cry leaving LOL Diana was VERY sweet and responsive. English speaking as well! She showed me around, gave me great recommendations and tips as a first time traveler. She not only set up the hot tub for me before I even walked through the door, it was my birthday and she surprised me with a little treat!!! She’s great, The community is also gated which is great so you can feel safe. I will definitely come again! 10 STARS if I could!

We spent a delightful week at this lovely townhome. Arriving late at night in Antigua, we so appreciated the breakfast welcome basket of banana bread, marmalade, coffee and flor de Jamaica juice. The house is beautifully furnished and spacious with plenty of room for the 7 of us to spread out. Located in a gated community a couple of blocks from the hustle and bustle of Antigua’s busy streets, the home’s setting is strikingly tranquil – and perfect for sleeping. Our family loved the solar heated swimming pool surrounded by bougainvillea and hanging ferns. Philippa and Flor, the host and the manager, were so responsive and helpful. Flor shared some excellent restaurant recommendations with us. The guidebook to the house (and Antigua) was the best I’ve ever seen at an Airbnb. And the housekeepers Mikaela and Karla were so welcoming. We can’t wait to return!

Daniel's attention is always present, attentive and polite. Place of easy access, organized and equipped the apartment. We come back the other year first God 🙏🏽
