Nice place five blocks from the beach. The apartment is simple but has all the amenities. Victoria and Federico took very good care of us. 100% recommended.

10/10. The apartment is just like the photos and was very clean and tidy, one of the cleanest I've ever been to and it's something I personally appreciate a lot. The area is very nice for walking, although the complex is on an avenue, the neighborhood is quiet, and the beach is a couple of blocks away. We did all the shopping in the market in front, very convenient. As for Gonzalo and Karen, they were super helpful and very clear when communicating. Highly recommended ☺️👌🏻

My stay at Belén's apartment was amazing. It is beautiful brand new building on a fantastic street in Malvin, on a very safe area, only 3 blocks from a gorgeous beach, and 3 blocks from a main grocery store that has everything. Also very close to the centre of the neighbourhood where one can find many shops, restaurants and cafeterias. The apartments is very comfortable, with lots of lights, and very zen. Communication with Belén was super easy and flowy, she was very responsive and polite with every question and request I had. I will request to stay at Belén's again when I am back to Uruguay next year.

Cecilia was amazingly helpful and communicative. A minor problem late in the evening was sorted out in less than 30mins. The apartment is lovely, as described and within easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants. With many buses to the old town nearby. would recommend.

Nico's apartment is in a great location, close to several points of interest and easy access to transportation, catering, shopping center, beach. It is very comfortable, clean and friendly. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent at all times. It's just as it looks in the photos. Comfortable, tasteful and practical. Tatiana was super nice to us and was always attentive to details. I'll be back for sure and highly recommend your beautiful apartment.

We stayed for a week, the apartment is super complete and met all our needs. Valeria was very sweet and gave very clear information on how to get there and check in, and also gave great recommendations for places to eat. The apartment is beautiful, a very well done and comfortable project. The cleaning was spotless. We had no problems with the heating system. The location is great, with a supermarket, pharmacy, bakeries and great places to eat around. It is also very easy to get around, with a bus stop just a few steps from the building. But it is worth walking around the neighborhood, safely and peacefully. Certainly, if we return to Montevideo, our first choice of accommodation will be Valeria's apartment.

The stay was excellent. From the first moment we were very welcome. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures, super complete and very clean. I had everything you need for personal grooming, which was a great detail. The location is good and the host was very kind and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent some very pleasant days. The accommodation is everything as shown and described. You quickly feel like "at home." Each space is enjoyable in its own way, from the grillboard in the background to the huge stove in the middle of the house. The area is quiet. Surely we will go again! I fell in love with the studio! Very well organized and what I liked the most were the details that they left us, like the infusions and chips. I loved the place. Well located and with many things to do and above all easy to get to. Very grateful ☺️

We had the joy of staying in the Cabaña de Anahí. While it was just two days, we are sure the minutes had more than sixty seconds. Time stopped to rest, relax, and connect with nature. The cabin is very well organized, it has everything we need. We enjoyed the grill tree and the barbecue area, and really enjoyed the experience of the Tina Nordic which was something wonderful, the mixing of the hot water with the cold autumn night. Anahí prepared everything for us! I could highlight more things such as Anahí's kindness and hospitality and disposition but I prefer to recommend that they DO not stop trying their delights. We chose a Brunch that was crazy, many rich and plentiful things for breakfast/lunch and even snack because it was toooo!!! Thank you for everything Anahí, we will definitely be back!!

the apartment is great and very well located. She always served me very well by quickly answering the questions. I had a one-off problem with the cleaning of the minibar but she promptly stepped up to fix it. The only negative point is that parking near the car is very difficult during the day. After 5pm it is very quiet to park. The apartment is very nice and the kitchen linen is also very nice.
