My stay at this place was just perfect. The room was impeccable, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I will definitely be back!

Feliberto is a great host. He helped us to find someone to pick us from the airport when we couldn’t reach our trusted guy. The reservation was a last minute and as soon as we reserved he was very communicative. We had a late flight and he accommodated us to have a late check in. During our stay he was always available to address our questions. I would recommend him as a host 100%.

Great location. You’re out of the mix but close enough to everything Santo Domingo has to offer. It’s a very central location. Plenty of Ubers around all the time, and walking distance to a huge store with an ATM for exchanging money. Great communication from the host. Definitely recommend for first time travelers, solo travelers, couples or just someone looking for peace, quiet, and privacy. The host make you feel right at home and makes it extremely easy for you to decide your next vacation. After you stay here then the only thing you can think about is when are you going to come back.

our stay here was everything and more!! House is probably best house on the street. The backyard was EVERYTHING!! The neighborhood, although looked sketchy at first look, actually was peaceful and quiet. NO PROBLEMS. If i were going to stay in the Carolina area again I'd stay here again....central to all the areas i needed to visit.

Second time staying here , would definitely stay again. I loved everything about it . This feels like my second home when i come to Dominican Republic.

This home is beyond its value. Cozy, clean, close to everything you may need! A private and secure parking spot was such a bonus. Keny is so kind and responsive and gave great local recommendations. The pool was sparkling clean and a lovely temp. We loved the outdoor living spaces and large kitchen. Beds were super comfy as well. Thank you so much !

I had an amazing time staying at Ana's place. The home was beautiful and the neighborhood quiet. I felt right at home and enjoyed walking around and familarizing myself with the area. Ana was the best host, very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay went well. She was always there when i had a question or issue and everything was always resolved quickly. I can't not thank her enough for her hospitality and kindness. This was the perfect home to celebrate my birthday and I hope to return and stay again. I definitely recommend this home if you're looking to be more off the beaten path and immerse yourself with the locals. You definitely won't regret it and can't ask for a better host than Ana. Thank you again for the great experience!

Everything looks great in the apartment. Just a not for housekeeping: please pay extra attention to the bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms nightstands when cleaning.

My stay was absolutely amazing. Quirina’s level of hosting goes beyond what you can imagine. The pictures do not do justice to the place. The place has everything you need for a long stay. I was there for over a month and felt at home. I woke up early every morning and sat on the beautiful, new, comfortable sofa and watched the sunrise. It was breathtakingly beautiful!! The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The location is perfect! You can walk to great malls and supermarkets in the area. I would walk somewhere every day the weather would permit. The place is in the heart of the city. I can’t forget the awesome staff at the building. They were always very friendly and willing to help.There is always someone available and they have many people there keeping the building clean and safe 24 hours a day. I highly recommend this place and Quirina as a host. I will always remember my amazing stay! 😊
