Our stay at Elena’s place was beyond what we had in mind! I had booked the same day and Elena was very quick to respond. My questions were answered to the point and there were no misunderstandings whatsoever. When we arrived at the place, Kuya Robin was very accommodating and welcoming to the place. He made it clear that he was just next door if we had any questions or worries, which gave us a peace of mind. Overall, I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone! Small or large gatherings, you will surely find this place one of a kind.

Thank you for being a great host and for welcoming us in the farm. The farm was everything that we’re expecting and more. Special mention to the three welcoming gentlemen (Amiel, Ilong, and manong whose name I forgot to ask) who were all very approachable and kind to assist us when we needed help. The house that we stayed in was very lovely and just right for us. My family enjoyed our peace and quiet stay that we found at the farm, especially my mom who celebrated her 63rd birthday over the weekend. She wants me to let you know that you have a wonderful farm house and garden. She’s eager for us to go back again. We would love to come back soon. Thank you ma’am Rona ☺️

The size is large for group gatherings, pool is great size, and water is warm. There are plenty of outdoor tables and chairs, so it’s hreat for hosting parties I supposed. There are 4 bedrooms in bungalow, with 1 toilet. There are outdoor toilets and showers as well next to the 2nd pool. As for the wifi, it didnt work. There is pool table and videoke as alternative entertainment. Kitchen is a bit dusty and cabinets outdated.

Oliver's place is a must place to book.The first thing I texted him with was "your place is beautiful".His place is clean, there were ants but not a big deal.The layout & design of his place gives you that at home vibe.Not the typical private resort that I've seen in the Philippines before.His place is one of those places that you want to come back again.The place is not big but not small either just enough for 15 guest.The area is quiet though you can hear the karaoke in neighbor resort but once you're in the bedroom,you wont hear noises anymore plus theres only certain time at night that you're allowed to make loud noises.The pool was clean and warm.Yes the beds are not as comfy as hotels but the room was clean and I did sleep well anyways.Overall, our stay was comfortable & indeed relaxing. Best decision that we book Oliver's place & definetly recommend it.I saved this in my favorites already & will for sure book again in our next visit in the Philippines.Thanks Oliver!

from the first interaction up to the day of check-out, they have made the experience really great and seamless. information is clear including limitations so we know what to expect. We arrived in separate groups and each time the first comment was how nice and spacious the place was. the caretakers are helpful, the rooms are clean and AC's are working. We've utilized the kitchen, internet and TV+speakers. We sang and danced all night. :) Great place to make memories with loved ones. Highly recommended. will definitely come back. Plus points with dedicated parking space. They've developed this place with the guests in mind. :)

Very nice place!! The hosts are very friendly and tentative. They helped out my family on everything they needed and were very helpful. Awesome place to rent if you have a big party/family.

Staying at Williams place was awesome, lots of things to do, enough space to go around, especially for a big families like ours. Personally the place looked peaceful, away from a busy lifestyle, you'll feel refreshed once your done with your vacation. And the most important that makes this place an awesome place is because of their wonderful staff, they are so accommodating that makes you feel at home. We had a family outing in Casa Zacharías & let me tell you, it was exactly as you see in the picture. I didn’t expect the pool to be bigger on site than it was on the photo. Everything was aesthetically pleasing to the eye, the rooms were spacious, with cold air conditioning & we overall enjoyed our stay, adults & kids alike. Ms. Diana was very responsive & kind to my questions and I’m also pleased with the caretaker ate Elvie. Every time we needed assistance she was there to ensure everything is alright and that we got the help we needed. We will definitely come back!

Perfect for groups who want a private and comfortable stay. The open layout makes it easy to hang out and keep an eye on everyone, whether you’re in the kitchen, living room, or outside. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help if you need anything. 5 stars – highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at the villa. The views are amazing from the bedrooms and living areas and pool. We took advantage of the warm pool everyday. We cooked all meals there and the kitchen facilities were more than ample. The villa was clean and the beds and linens comfortable for a good nights sleep. The A/C worked well. The karaoke and Netflix were awesome to use. The entire staff on hand were great and responsive. My only issue although stated within the rules somewhere that although you have ‘access’ to the entire villa you don’t. We were an adult family of 8 people. And though there are 4 bedrooms you are only allocated 3 up to 12 persons. This forces you to share with others. If you want the extra room you have to pay 4,000 pesos per night. I find this displeasing especially when our stay cost us about $400 US a night. So I don’t understand the reasoning behind it. Also the checkin was not until 5 pm. But overall we enjoyed our stay and best views!

We had a great time at this vacation house! Andrea, the host, was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole booking process smooth. The caretakers on-site were absolutely wonderful! Daisy and Lileth (I think) so warm, helpful, and friendly. They really made us feel at home. The house itself was just as described -spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group. The rooms were clean and cozy, and we appreciated the overall layout of the space. A few small things to note: the kitchen could use more supplies and cooking utensils . The refrigerator is a bit dated and could use a deep clean, but it’s still functional. The karaoke book is quite old and falling apart, so a little update there would be a fun bonus for future guests. That said, none of these things affected our stay or enjoyment. Just sharing them as suggestions for improvement. Overall, we loved our time here and were very happy and satisfied with the experience. Would definitely recommend.

The place is very nice, comfortable and accessible.. The beddings are clean.. The pool water is very pleasant to swim in, it doesn’t sting the eyes, no strong smell.. The couch in Villa 1 could use an upgrade.. They don’t have a stove yet but they improvised 2 butane stove at the bar outside,, it just rained almost our whole stay, so we need to bring the food from the bar to the villa with umbrella but the staff are super helpful and nice.. They assisted us in everything we need.. Will definitely go back.. Thanks a lot to the owners!

The villa is very spacious. I really like the ambiance. Though there is an opportunity to work on the landscape of the place especially in the front and the side upon entering the villa. I would recommend the villa to friends and family.

Great place if you want a huge space and homey vibe. Beds are enough for a lot of people. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying the place has not been maintained, but for an old house I would say it’s pretty decent and actually nice. So glad that the host was very accommodating - they let me visit the place and see it for myself before actually booking in the app. Just had a bit of trouble with security since it’s inside AFPOVAI with lots of entrance gates, but later on we discovered that there are alternative gate/s that are more accessible. Lastly, just like what most of the reviews said — the ate’s were great and very dependable during the stay. It’s just a bit hard to contact them remotely but during the stay I don’t have any complaints.

The view, the overall property location and the ever helpful caretakers really made our stay worthwhile. The view was indeed breath taking and relaxing and you have walkable cafes nearby. We encountered some hiccups on our rented van and the caretakers gladly lended a hand to help us which our family really appreciated.

I’ve stayed in this property 6 times now as I attend business in Greater Manila. Beautiful villa with all you could need for a stay Really clean, comfortable and modern. Claudine manages all your name as housekeeper. Michiel and Rizza who own the property are incredible helpful and responsive. Really safe and secure location. Close to all key motorways for easy access to all major local cities. Could not recommend more highly.
