Really lovely place and so easy to find. Perfectly located with the tube and scenic all around. Anthony was really helpful whenever I had questions. Definitely recommend.

I had an excellent stay at Gina’s London flat! Gina was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Borough Market and London Bridge tube station, with easy access to all the city’s highlights. The flat itself is quiet and peaceful, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night's sleep. As a bonus, the views of The Shard and London Eye were spectacular! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London.

My sister and I stayed here for a week. The house was lovely and such a quaint place tucked in Balham. The train station was an easy walk and many very good restaurants within walking distance as-well. Ellie was very easy to get in contact with and responsive if we needed anything. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in London to stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Alyona's place. Neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. It's located a short walk from main underground lines. The flat was as pictured, tidy and comfy, and we felt like home. Alyona had good local recommendations. We had very nice city break.

It was a great stay. The apartment looked exactly as in the photographs. Stocked with amenities. Clean. 5 minute walk to the river and Tate Modern. Walking to the Borough market for breakfast, across the millennium bridge to St. Paul’s - great location. Absolutely worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at this incredibly cozy and comfortable apartment just outside of London. The space is thoughtfully designed and very clean, with everything you need for a short or extended stay. The bed was comfortable, the living area was inviting, and the kitchen had all the basics for light cooking. Multi levels within the apartment so make sure you are comfortable with stairs. One of the biggest highlights was the location — just a short walk to the Underground, which made getting into central London quick and easy. It was great to return to a peaceful neighborhood after a busy day exploring the city. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. Highly recommend this spot for couples or solo travelers looking for a quiet, well-connected base near London!

My stay at Matt's place was great. I felt very safe walking the area, even at night. This was very comforting as a solo traveler. I would definitely stay here again.

Wir haben zu zweit zwei Wochen bei Corinne gewohnt. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung perfekt. Das Highlight ist sicher dir tolle Terrasse, die wunderbar ruhig in den grünen Gärten liegt. Uns hat super gut gefallen, dass wir in einer Strasse wohnen, die noch nicht gentrifiziert ist und wir ein ganz normales Leben hatten. Die Lage ist toll! Alle Dinge des täglichen Lebens sind fussläufig erreichbar: Supermarkt, Bus. Ein paar Schritte mehr sind es zur U-Bahn, Candem, Kings Cross. Wir waren viel mit dem Rad unterwegs. Damit ist es ein Vergnügen alle touristischen Highlights und die Umgebung zu entdecken. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen super gerne wieder!

Great location close to Clapham Common. We did not use the wet room, but the bath was fine. The stairs to the top room are very narrow. Paul warned us about construction and left us a bottle of wine, which was nice. We were not too bothered by it. We contacted Paul about the microwave, which wasn't working, and he replaced it within 24 hours. Generally a good experience.

Incredible place, an actual home shared with care and respect exactly the way this platform was originally intended for. Stunning house with amazing garden, super comfortable and fully equipped with anything one could need. Tasteful and luxurious, quiet area close to many parks and restaurants/shops. Hope to be back!

My stay at Mark's home was a bit unconventional as we were filming a student film there, but we still felt no shortage of hospitality and as though the place was our own for those few days. Truly, nothing can replicate the incredible feeling of looking over the river from any number of spaces throughout the property. It was beautiful and pristine and we felt so grateful to experience it. Myself and others in the crew will be competing with availability on the calendar to book it again and properly enjoy it for a vacation soon! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a cozy break from London's city center. Mark was the most incredible host, warm, open, communicative and hospitable from the moment we booked until after we checked out. Thank you for everything and can't wait to come back!

This home is absolutely gorgeous, and it was such a treat to stay here during our trip to London. My family enjoyed the neighborhood setting, which made for a quieter area to retreat to after days filled with sightseeing. It was easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go using the tube, and it was especially convenient for watching tennis at the Queen’s Club. I would highly recommend!

The mattress and bed pillows are very comfortable—the best we’ve had in our Airbnb experience. Walkable to Ealing Broadway for every kind of shopping, and only one block to North Ealing station. We would definitely stay here again. Hosts are quick to respond and very helpful.

We waren met drie vriendinnen. We mochten eerder dan de check in tijd onze tassen al binnen neerzetten. De schoonmaakster kwam tegelijk met ons binnen. John zijn huis is erg fijn. Indrukwekkende boekenkast. Er is ook een heerlijk beschut tuintje waar je rustig kan zitten. We mochten alles in de keuken gebruiken en dat was erg handig. Er zijn twee badkamers die netjes door de schoonmaker was. John reageert snel op berichtjes en helpt als het nodig is. We hebben ons erg op ons gemak gevoelt. De locatie is perfect. Je kan lopend de stad in, of binnen tien minuutjes ben je bij vauxhall metro. Bedankt John!

The apartment is beautifully furnished, equipped and maintained and the location is just tremendous: overlooking a charming garden square in one of London’s most stately neighborhoods, a block in one direction from the Thames and in the other direction from the nearest tube station. Moreover, Fiona provided the most extensive and high-quality welcome package we have ever experienced, with a fridge full of fruit, yogurts, butter, milk, etc., a tasty loaf of fresh bread, and abundant Nespresso capsules. She also welcomed us in person, gave us a quick “guided tour” of the apartment and messaged us from time to time to check all was well. Overall, a most satisfying experience.

Really easy to access. All the informations given where super detailed. The studio flat itself has planty of space. We found more than anything we would possibly need during our stay. The host replied really quickly to my question and was friendly and kind. Loved the area, especially because it’s right in between Islington and Shoreditch and good for trandports.

We found Andrew's place to be very comfortable, and we enjoyed staying there for five nights. Andrew was very responsive to our text messages and went out of his way to ensure that we had everything that we needed and were well taken care of over the duration of our stay. I would highly recommend staying with Andrew, and have rated our stay five stars which was thoroughly deserved.

Great place for a stay in London. Excellent location, close to everything but in a more quiet part of London. Plenty of coffee shops, pubs, local restaurant, walking distance to train station. Excellent communication from the hosts. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this lovely apartment for three nights and absolutely loved it. The place is cozy, colorful, and full of character, tucked inside a beautifully maintained old building. It was the perfect spot for us to relax after busy days exploring London. The garden was one of our favorite parts — so peaceful and full of life, with squirrels hopping around in the mornings. Getting around was easy too, with public transport just a short walk away. The apartment was spotless, well cared for, and had everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. Laura was also really friendly and easy to communicate with.

We had a very comfortable stay. The high quality accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed and more, . Diana was the perfect host who made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. A bonus in the hot weather when we stayed was the air conditioning. The views from the Garden Room are stunning as are the beautiful well kept gardens. We hope to return again in the future. Highly recommended and good value.

Frank's place was great. The location is only a short walk to everything in Kings Cross; restaurants, bars, groceries, outdoor activities, and of course the Kings Cross station where you can easily get to virtually anywhere in London and beyond. The only small criticism we have is that the hottub was in need of maintenance so we were not able to use it which ended up being ok since we had so many other things to do while we were there.

Gio’s apartment is very well-equipped. It had everything we needed as a family of 5 staying for a week! We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We walked to many places such as Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Chinatown, Carnaby and Covent Garden and St James Park to watch the changing of guards. The apartment size, amenities and location justifies the price paid. The best BnB I hv stayed in! Thank u Gio.
