Sunny, clean, cozy garden cottage with private entrance in the backyard of my home, with a garden view and its own small patio. The space is small, 300 sq. ft. (microstudio), but very efficient. The studio has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed, bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, etc., so you can cook meals. It has a mini fridge, electric teakettle, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster oven, and single electric stove burner.

This darling studio apartment has a private entrance with key pad in the desirable Capital Hill, Marmalade District. Full kitchen for dining. Free on street parking. Vivint Arena and many restaurants are nearby. It is a basement apartment with a walk out entrance. The studio features a smart TV to use with your laptop or phone.

Great location for hiking and walking on the hill with amazing views. Close to hospitals: LDS, Shriner's, Primary Children, U of U, Huntsman. I regulate the AC and heat however there is a fan and heater. If you want more or less just ask. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon.
