Located between La Rochelle, Rochefort and 10 minutes from Châtelaillon-Plage, our 110 m2 gîte, rated 3 stars, is ideal for a pleasant holiday. It is composed on the ground floor of a large 18 m2 kitchen with dining area, a 22 m2 bedroom (adapted for people with reduced mobility) and upstairs, two 35 m2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, toilet and TV. It can accommodate up to six people and is located on the "La Grange" property, close to 3200 m2 with two parking spaces.

Our house is adjoining and after welcoming you we will know how to leave you so that you can enjoy your stay in complete privacy. You have all the shops within walking distance (400 m): Intermarché, bakeries, bar, restaurants, tobacco press, beauty salon, banks, butcher, pharmacies, Laundromat, Saturday morning market, bookstore, doctors etc... etc...

Functional and pleasant 40 m2 single-story house with private courtyard. It is located in the heart of a Charentais village near Rochefort and Fouras. You are also close to La Rochelle, Royan, Saintes and ideally located to discover the different beaches of our coasts and the islands of Ré, Oléron, Aix and Madame. Our cottage is located on the grounds of our main residence. The hamlet of Voutron overlooks one of the most beautiful marshes of Aunis, on the edge of an ornithological reserve. It is located in a quiet environment, 10 minutes' drive from Châtelaillon beach and services. You will have an entire place, its independent terrace overlooking a wooded garden and a dedicated bike shelter.
