Super cozy place with a beautiful view in the old town. Barbara was very responsive, the communication was great. It was perfect for me and my husband. If you're a very tall and big person, you might have hard times in certain parts of the apartment.

Carlo is a very nice host. The house is wonderfully located with a fantastic terrace. Equipped with several parasols, loungers, a dining table and a relaxing sofa, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the all-round relaxed atmosphere all day long. In the very lovingly furnished house, everything you need for relaxing holidays is available. The access is exactly as Carlo describes: the smaller the car, the more relaxed the arrival :)

Unique location at the foot of the Circeo. Despite high numbers of visitors to the beach on beautiful weekends, this stretch of beach is never crowded through the private houses because from the road there is no public access in this section. The house is an ideal starting point for many excursions and sports activities. Conclusion: compared to Monte Argentario in Tuscany, I take the Circeo to number 1.

We loved Sabina's place. Simple and essential but well-stocked and welcoming. There was nothing missing and we immediately felt at home. From the house there are two trails that in a few steps lead to beautiful terraces on the sea and in a couple of minutes to a little corner of heaven. Access to the sea is easy for children, and the water is crystal clear and full of life. Fixed mask and mouthpiece! Unforgettable sunset. Thank you Sabina and thank you Cinzia and a greeting to all the exquisite people we had the pleasure of meeting. See you soon!
