The location of the house was really great. It was quite impressive in terms of both design and cleanliness. Since the bathroom and toilet are together, a little water can splash around after a shower, so it may be helpful to have slippers with you. Also, since the building is old, the sound insulation is not very good and there may be noise from time to time from the apartment upstairs. But this was not an uncomfortable situation for us. You might want to consider this if you are sensitive to sound though. The hosts were extremely caring and helpful, very responsive to every question we had. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, we would definitely consider choosing it again.

This was an outstanding beginning to our trip in Turkey. The location was perfect in a very walkable and interesting neighborhood with all we needed in terms of restaurants and walkable to attractions. We were only one block from the tram that takes you anywhere you need to go. The very best thing about our stay, though, was Cem. We have never had a more proactively helpful, generous, and friendly host than Cem. We highly recommend this place! NOTE: this apartment is small and it is in a very narrow but tall space (4 stories). So if you are not comfortable with small spaces or with steps, this would not be the place for you

The stay was great. The apartment is very comfortable, with good beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony, and it’s located in a lively neighborhood. There’s a lot to see within walking distance. If you’re in good shape, you can even walk to the historic area of Sultanahmet. The ferry to Kadikoy is also nearby. Taxis are inexpensive, I recommend using Uber. It’s a pity we didn’t meet the host in person; it’s always nice to talk to a local. The apartment and its location are truly recommended!

My stay at this apartment in Istanbul was absolutely wonderful in every way! The apartment was very clean and beautifully furnished with modern, stylish decor. Its location is excellent — very close to Taksim Square and right in the heart of the city. The street is mostly flat with a slight uphill walk, but it was easy and not a problem at all. I would like to give a special thank you to Ms. Nihal and her family, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Her communication felt more like family than just a host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, if I return to Turkey, I will definitely book with her again. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and a warm, friendly host.

Berek is a wonderful person but the property is not fit for elderly people you will have to climb stairs to get to the barrooms

Amazing views, very bright and very clean. There was everything that you needed in the kitchen to prepare your own meals plus some. Comfortable lounges, smart TV as well as some board games. Very close to public transport. Faruk was very attentive as well as responsive. I highly recommend your next stay here.

Aksel Bey's house is just as it appears in the photos. The 2+1 house has everything you can need. Very comfortable apartment with smart home system, underfloor heating. Mr. Aksel is very kind and easy to communicate with. If you need to stay around Maslak, you can opt blindfolded.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH HIGH CEILING AMAZING HOST !!! House owner BURAK is the most interesting person I ever met . He never sleeps, all the time avaliable to help you. He has a market in the building you can find everything. Also he has MANY apartments in the same building . All of them are well furnished and amazing . Smells good . I love the bed so much it’s very comfy. Burak’s apartments are really very well designed he is taking very well care of the apartment and with us 🙏thank you burak , thank you man . More than apartments Burak make the holiday much better for us . I feel I know him for 20 years but actually just met him a few days ago 😅 he gives very good energy and when we chat with him we had too much fun . He is super funny . When you see him somewhere in the building you feel you’re safe , you feel somebody is boss here and he makes the people feel that control is in hands . As in the picture, it is a peaceful and beautiful place, I did not encounter any disturbing situation in terms of cleaning, and thanks to Mr. Can, he helped in everything, I would definitely recommend it

Excellent location on a quiet, one-way street - it is steep in parts but that's Istanbul...An easy walk to all the cool districts in the area including Galata and not much further to get to the big sights on the Horn. Easy as well to get to the various key ferry piers. The apartment is very stylish, well-appointed and in a relatively new building. Best aspect was the slot views, between buildings across the street, to the Bosphorus Strait from the bedroom and living room and you can watch the ships and ferries pass by in a never-ending sequence. Cruise ships, when docked, sometimes block the view but that is only during the day when we were out and about anyway. The host is very supportive with local recommendations and quick responses to our very few questions. 5 star plus for us and we stayed 6 nights, so we'll say 6 stars!

Best Airbnb we have stayed ever. Everything is New and Spotless. Walking distance to All Must See Attractions. Fish Market with a Vegetables Stand is within 5 minutes walk. Ferry just across the street and you can see it from your Ceiling to floor windows. Views are amazing especially from rooftop patio. We highly recommend this Unit

The apartment is very spacious & in a great location to transport. T1 Tram, funicular & Metro are all within a 7 minute walk. King size bed & couch are very comfortable.

Great stay! Dullrich was a fast communicator, welcomed us warmly on arrival, and even registered our vehicle. The Sinpas Suite was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wow! Incredible apartment with perfect views. Ozi was extremely accommodating, would recommend and return.

Pending at all times anything you could need, always attentive and kind, they helped us with the suitcases, checked the room while we waited for transportation to the airport and gave us a bag that we left. Cleaning of room and change of towels daily. The peace of mind that if you have any mishaps in the country are going to be discouraged for helping. SUPER RECOMMENDED.
