A very nice apartment in a central location. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity. Magnificent sunsets on the roof terrace. For me as a German, the air conditioning was important and cooled me down in the midday heat. Everything clean and tidy. I'd love to come back. 🙏

From start to finish Mehmet's communication was excellent, he is extremely helpful. The apartment was spacious, perfectly located for my use, near the promenade, near the tram station and looking out onto lovely gardens. If I'm honest the apartment is noisy from the neighbouring apartments due to poor sound insulation, that said, I would definitely stay again, the best place I've stayed in Izmir.

The place looks exactly the same as the photos. Centrally located. Close to Izban and the ferries. Some amenities were missing, but the place is overal nice!

The location of the house is really great. We stayed with my family for 3 weeks. I don't think there is a more suitable option in Izmir for families with children. Transportation is very easy. There is a metro 50 meters away, Bostanlı is 20 minutes walk away. There is a neighborhood market behind 2 streets on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Very close to all grocery stores. The apartment and garden are also subject to regular cleaning and maintenance. The host is very attentive and meets the needs in a very short time. Thank you so much for everything.

Lovely place to stay! The apartment was completely as described and photographed — clean, cozy and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient: there are lots of shops, cafes and a large underground paid parking nearby. Separately, I want to note the hostess — she responded very quickly and was incredibly responsive. Thank you for the nice stay!

I came from Azerbaijan..The location of the house is very extraordinary. The opposite side of the house is just 100 m. Izban passes by, behind the same 100m. Tram passes in the back. The house was gorgeous. Everything in the house is very, very well thought out. It's all. There's nothing that doesn't. People feel their home in their own home. Very clean house. Everything is clean.I now have a house when I come to Izmir. Even though we didn't see the host, Ms. Hatice. Very, very nice person, helpful, responds to his questions right away. I was very comfortable with her, at your house. May God be pleased with him.

The best place to stay at this price, Ms. Ayşe is very friendly and helpful in everything, the location of the house is very good, very close to the beach, there was only a small problem with the shower head, but we did not mind, it is a place we will definitely prefer if we come again, thank you again for everything

The location and view of the house was perfect. It is one of the rare places where I felt like I was in my own home. The host is friendly. Simply put, everything was very nice.
