You can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. The villa has all the furniture and items needed for a pleasant holiday. Hair dryer is also available in each room. You can enjoy the landscape in the Balinese style with a private pool in the garden. There are two terraces with seating sets, sun loungers and a dining table and a space for your every need and enjoyment.

Our villa that is 200m walking distance from the sea and very close to Cesme center and the marina, is waiting for you in an immaculate way. Easy access everywhere due to its location yet peaceful. Our villa, having 5 bedrooms with 5 en-suite bathrooms. 4 rooms have A/C and basement room is naturally super chill since it is underground level. Great view of sea and green, pleasant garden use, a large pool, gym, play area, an open kitchen in the garden with BBQ and all needed equipments.

It was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever stayed in. The house was really clean, the furniture was brand new and tastefully furnished. Every corner of the pool, garden, and barbecue area was enjoyable. It was also a great advantage that its location was very close to both Alaçatı and the beaches. But what made this experience so special was Mr. Evren's interest and kindness. He took care of every detail and made us feel at home. It's really lucky to come across hosts like this. We would prefer it again with our eyes closed, and we sincerely recommend it to everyone.

we stayed for two days, I wish there were more opportunities and we could stay longer. We found ourselves in clean sheets and pillowcases like at home. As someone who cares about hygiene, we left very happy. Mr. Hüseyin and his mother were very friendly people. Breakfast was delicious. She made it better than my mother. Thank you 😄 very much. Ms. Berrak was a very friendly and warm host, she sincerely helped us with all our needs, and made us feel both very peaceful and very safe. Gubiba houses are within walking distance to everywhere, allowing us to easily walk to social events and restaurants in a few minutes, and to spend time quietly resting in the house. In addition, the house was clean, tidy and organized to meet all our accommodation needs. I sincerely recommend Gubiba houses to anyone who wants to have a social and safe, peaceful and comfortable holiday. I would also like to thank Ms. Berrak for her wonderful hosting. :)
