Villa Susanna

Ancient Villa of 1908, built to become a factory of essences of lemons and oranges,which grew in the vast citrus grove owned by the villa. Then renovated, the villa was divided into two houses of 110 square meters each. In fact, you can book both homes that can accommodate up to 8/9 people. There is an intimate inner courtyard and a large outdoor garden all available for guests to enjoy. The two villas are presented with a different style, there is a modern style villa and a classic style. The first , which can accommodate up to 4 people , is characterized by a modern style, with exposed stone walls and wooden trusses , and a beautiful and warm living area, which includes a modern kitchen, with a peninsula for breakfast, 55-inch TV, large relaxing sofa with peninsula, a large table for lunches and dinners, and small design details. Two bedrooms, a double room with an air conditioner, and an attic overlooking the living area. There are two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts. The other villa, more classic and intimate, is characterized by an ancient style, also with living stone walls and wooden trusses. There is an imposing fireplace , which is the heart of the living area. An intimate kitchen for breakfast and aperitifs and a large table for lunches and dinners. This villa also has two bedrooms , one double with en-suite bathroom, where there is air conditioning, and the other a loft overlooking the living area, equipped with the Polifemo Ion refrigerator. There are two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts.

We have just had a very relaxing 5 night stay at Michele's. It is such a private, peaceful home in a great location. As so hot we made good use of the pool, outside shower and the shaded areas marvelling everyday at the stunning views. The home itself is quite basic but clean and functional but we didn't care as so great outside. Thank you to Michele and his dad for making it such a great break.

A lovely villa in a very peaceful location. The host was so friendly and met us there to show us around. We did lots of touring around, but also enjoyed spending time in the garden terrace. The property is set in an olive grove. It's handy for Noto and Lido di Noto but a car is essential, and the turning in and out of the drive is a bit tight. A very enjoyable stay

We had a wonderful peaceful stay at Salvo & Elisabetta’s house - from the initial reservation Salvo’s responses and communication were both reassuring and informative. We were looking for a beach stay and Avola had a beach that not only was sandy with crystal clear sea - it had the convenience of some really great restaurants down there too - there is also beach chair/ umbrella at house. The house is as described with an exceptional landscaped garden offering both sun and shade, plenty of comfortable garden furniture. There is also a great roof terrace with outdoor lighting and views to both sea and mountains. Salvo & Elisabetta go way and beyond to welcome us, treating us to breakfast in square and dropping us to the train/bus on both arrival & departure. They were amused that we walked everywhere but as it is very hot I understand. Highly recommend

The villa is perfect for a large group or family that values both space and privacy. The garden is absolutely stunning, and the fence is less than 10 meters from the sea — you can hear the waves from the house! A car is essential, but well worth it: there are a few spots just minutes away, and the beautiful historic town of Siracusa is only 27 minutes by car, while Noto is just 14 minutes. These two incredible destinations will surely make your holiday in Sicily unforgettable.

We had a wonderful stay in Claudio’s beautiful and elegant place. The location was perfect for exploring Noto. Claudio himself provided lots of excellent information (Ristorante Manna a real highlight) and was always extremely responsive. We very much hope to be able to stay again.
