Absolutely perfect stay! This place is pure magic and Lola was so sweet meeting us to check in, giving us great local recommendations, assisting with a taxi service, and even a bottle of Prosecco upon our arrival. 10/10 would recommend for a relaxing getaway. By far our favorite spot during our 3 week trip and we can’t wait to visit again one day!

Beautiful space in an excellent location. Management made sure we had everything we needed during the stay. The elevator was very helpful given we were travelling with an infant and the terrace was perfect. Caution for Drivers: This location is in a ZTL zone, which we were not able to use to drive in and parking in Florence outside of ZTL was very hectic, so recommend getting rid of a renta carl of you have one!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Lucca! The location is perfect—right in the center but still quiet and peaceful. The space is cool, spacious, and ideal for a family or group of friends. The outdoor area was a real highlight—great for morning coffee or evening drinks. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, and the hosts were friendly and responsive. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This is an absolutely beautiful, spacious apartment in a perfect location in Lucca. The rich history of the oil paintings and antiques made us feel even more special staying here. The owner was super helpful with our bags when we arrived and departed (we were traveling with a toddler) and helped us navigate the ZTL and parking. A truly warm welcome. We plan to absolutely stay here again on our next trip to town. We highly recommend for anyone considering a stay in Lucca!

Sehr schöne, charmant eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Anwesens mit riesigem Park und großen Bäumen, ganz wunderbar. Vicopisano ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen mit guten Restaurants und einer hervorragenden Gelateria. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa oder ans Meer. Die Besitzerin Martina hat uns sehr nett empfangen, es gab auch einen Begrüssungskorb. Auf Fragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert. Es gibt eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, für die wir sehr dankbar waren. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We stayed 3 days in this very nice apartment and had some great days there. It's super, super clean - with nice and functional furnitures. We would definitely recommend you this place - especially if you go by car as it is located a bit outside the city.

This was our second stay. We really like this apartment. It is a great location. Not too far from anything but peaceful. Also comfortable and well equipped. The terrace is wonderful. It is the perfect spot for an extended stay.

Amazing place & beautiful location. Personally, we really enjoyed the restaurant below us, super friendly, gorgeous traditional Italian food at an excellent price! I would highly recommend the accommodation for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings! Super clean, great communication via the host, extremely comfortable and decorated to perfection. Restaurant - Antica Osteria Dei Mercanti - 5 star too!!

La Chiusa di Nanni di Giovanna è un posto veramente confortevole, perfetto per trascorrere una vacanza immersi nel verde. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo lo spazio esterno e la zona relax, una bella vasca idromassaggio che mio figlio ha adorato dal primo momento e un giardino dove è stato un piacere passare il nostro tempo. La casa è pulitissima e accogliente. Abbiamo cenato da Giovanna e il marito Franco nel loro ristorantino, ci hanno fatto sentire tutta la passione e la cura con cui gestiscono questo bellissimo posto. Grazie!

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich toll. Der Check-In erfolgt hier noch persönlich und zur Begrüßung gibt es einen leckeren Kuchen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und man war für sich und konnte die Stimme genießen. Laura war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit, genauso wie ihre Enkelin und ihr Enkel. Es gab auch einen Pool inmitten einer Baumplantage, weshalb er leider häufig mit Blättern gefüllt war. Die Betten waren teilweise ein bisschen unbequem und es war teilweise sehr hellhörig, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Villa Giuliana. :)

If you are staying in Lucca and have the chance to stay at Pablo and Paula’s place - take advantage of the opportunity! The location is amazing- right in the old city - close to restaurants , shopping and historical sites. The apartment is beautiful- designed thoughtfully and artistically. Everything one might need has been provided and Paula is available for dinner suggestions and to meet any additional requests.

Wonderful location in the heart of Lucca. The view of the amphitheatre is incredible! We stayed for two nights for a wedding and had everything we needed. The noise wasn’t an issue for us and we had a 9 year old who said it was the best sleep he’s ever had 😅 the hammock is a lovely touch. As the other reviews say, the stairs are steep and we did struggle slightly with a large suitcase but that was to be expected. Overall a lovely stay 🙂

This was the most amazing home for our stay in Florence. Location wise, you can’t get better. The apartment itself was charming, comfortable, and we felt right at home. People in other reviews may complain about the noise, we did not find this an issue at all. We slept well every night. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine watching the activity in the piazza. Thankyou Stefano, we’ve had a magical visit .

Our family of four (boys 11 & 9) loved staying at Barbara’s place. The space is open, clean and it’s all so beautiful to look at. We loved it and would stay again if we were to return. Barbara was very responsive and Maria who got us checked in and was born Lucca shared her favorite restaurants with us.

Peaceful oasis near the heart of the city. Lover coming home and waking up to see the swallows circling the sky, visible from the gorgeous rooftop kitchen and hang out space. Loved capping our evenings on the terrace after a long day exploring the city. Can’t wait to return !

This apartment in the heart of Florence is a true gem. It’s spacious, comfortable, and modern, yet still retains its historic charm. The location is simply dreamlike, with the widow view and the proximity to The Accademia being the highlight. Having the Accademia right in front of the window was priceless. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked and discreet. Conveniently located, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are just a short walk away. The communication was easy and fast, and Luca was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a perfect apartment in an ideal location. I highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Florence. Thank you so much for hosting! 🤍

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Wir waren für zwei Nächte mit vier Personen in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Lage ruhig – ideal zum Entspannen. Leider war das Wasser im Pool gekippt und somit nicht nutzbar, was natürlich schade war, da wir uns darauf gefreut hatten. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und bemüht zu helfen, aber leider konnte das Problem in der kurzen Zeit unseres Aufenthalts nicht mehr behoben werden. Insgesamt dennoch ein schönes Haus, mit Potenzial für einen perfekten Aufenthalt – wenn der Pool wieder in Ordnung ist.

Le logement se trouve dans une grande bâtisse familiale perchée sur une colline et offre une vue splendide sur le paysage toscan. L’intérieur correspond parfaitement aux photos. Nous y trouvons de nombreux bibelots, tableaux, souvenirs de toute sorte qui évoquent les générations qui se sont succédées dans cette belle demeure. La piscine est exceptionnellement grande et parfaite après une journée de découverte. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas la climatisation, mais Antiionetta a mis à disposition 2 ventilateurs bienvenus. La voiture peut être garée dans la cour.
