Facing the Atlas, this splendid guest house is located just minutes from the city center of Marrakech, on the road to Ouarzazate and near the main golf courses (Royal, Amelkis) heart of a park of one hectare, planted with olive trees, orange trees, lemon trees, roses and other flowers. Domaine Des Délices has 6 spacious suites and a family suite (2 beautiful rooms). Each suite, located in the Riad or the villa of the Domain, is made in the greatest respect of the Moroccan decoration (tadelakt, cedar and walnut wood, copper, bejmat natural, carpet ...) and with all the modern comfort . 6 suites: Suite Aubergine, Suite Cannelle, Suite Jacaranda, Suite Pistache, Suite Safran and Suite Terre d'Ocre. 1 family suite: 2 beautiful rooms Composition of a suite: Living room with fireplace - Office - Dressing room- King size bed (180x200) - Bathroom with bath and shower (bathrobes, hair dryer and welcome products) - Television with LCD screen - Mini bar - Safe - Air conditioning. The price is fixed according to the number of people (maximum 16). The rate includes breakfast and a snack on arrival. The city tax (2.50 € / pers / night) is not included in the price. At the foot of the majestic Atlas Mountains, this magnificent guest house and its Riad call for relaxation and well-being in a setting that inspires the conviviality and hospitality of Moroccan culture. For your sports or relaxation stays, the Domaine des Délices puts at your disposal a large swimming pool, a tennis court (rackets and balls available), petanque, table tennis, table football ..., gym, massage room and steam room. An absolutely perfect stay! Nestled in the heart of Marrakech's palm grove, the setting is simply magical, ideal for relaxing in peace. The accommodation was impeccably clean, everything is thought out in the smallest details for the comfort of the guests. The owners Didier and Aïcha are exceptional: welcoming, available, discreet and always ready to help. The location is also perfect, both exotic and well located for exploring the surroundings. An unforgettable experience, I would recommend it without a second thought!

To everyone thinking about booking this place, my only recommendation is: DO IT! The house was amazing, clean, big, with a beautiful garden, and a great pool. It looked much better than in the pictures, and the value for money is just incredible. The host was super friendly, helpful with some issues we had, and always there if you need him. Last but not least, the housekeeper Imane was amazing! Her cooking was exceptional, along with her personality and how helpful and joyful she was! Made me feel well at home!

The villa is better than the pictures, inside is very spacious and the garden is massive, loads of space for kids to run around. The pool is a good size too, Sebastien was quick to respond to any messages and resolved any issues we had quickly. The cooks meals were good with generous portions. The Villa has no immediate neighbours so it isn’t overlooked by anyone, which was essential for our stay and it met our needs and more. I would definitely recommend and stay here again, I would also recommend to get a hire car if you’re wanting to go out as the villa is in a rural area. The roads are a bit more tricky when turning left out of the villa so I’d recommend always turning right - but that might be cause I’m not use to driving cars with the steering wheel on the left

We had a very nice experience. Beautifully decorated house. Pool is the highlight and can be heated if requested. Khadija is amazing. Breakfasts were delicious. Served hot with flexible timings. Amine and Lillya were very responsive. Helped facilitate airport transfers and a rental car delivered to the airbnb at a reasonable rate. Anything you need or any questions you have before or during the stay; just ask them and they will have recommendations. I will definitely stay here when I visit again.
