This is a quiet room that can be reached comfortably even in snow, 5 minutes by subway from Sapporo and 1-2 minutes on foot from Nakajima Koen Station. Even in the cold winter, the room warms up quickly! Convenience stores and supermarkets are nearby, making it convenient for long stays. There are several coin parking lots, making it convenient for getting around by car.　　　　Odori Park and Susukino are within walking distance, making it convenient for sightseeing and gourmet. You can enjoy walking and running in the clear air of Nakajima Park and Toyohira River throughout the four seasons. Nearby Moiwa Mountain is a low mountain with a wonderful virgin forest, making it easy to climb. In the winter, you can enjoy nature while skiing, walking on the snowy mountain, and enjoying the night view, refreshing both your body and mind. 　We tried to eliminate synthetic chemicals and artificial fragrances as much as possible. The bedroom has a Simmons bed and a first-class blackout curtain for a good night's sleep. 　Sapporo's water is delicious, but we've introduced a high-performance Seagull Four water purifier for added safety and taste. 　High-speed Wi-Fi, printer, and a desk with easily adjustable height, making it convenient for business stays. Towels are made of Imabari organic cotton, and the hair dryer is bioprogrammed to be gentle on your hair. 　Sapporo has mountains, hot springs, and ski slopes that even beginners can easily enjoy. To foreigners: I've stayed at many Airbnbs in Japan, but I can confidently say this is the best one in Sapporo. The place is extremely clean, and everything in central Sapporo is within a 10-minute walk. I was especially impressed by the water pressure, cozy, auto-temperature, and cleanliness of the bathroom. Also, the place comes with every amenity you could need. If you're traveling with a group, don't hesitate to choose this place. Amazing guest house! To Korean: I have used a lot of Airbnb in Japan, but I am sure it is the best house in Sapporo. It is very clean and you can walk to Sapporo city center in 10 minutes. In particular, the water pressure in the bathroom is very good. In particular, the cleanliness and details everywhere were very impressive. Most amenities All the houses are equipped with it, so it's comparable to a hotel. If you are traveling as a group, do not hesitate to choose this place~^^ In English

This is a clean spacious house. I would definitely recommend this place over a hotel if your group is large or if you are travelling with young children. The house is equipped with washing machine m, clothes drier, iron, cooking utensils, toiletries, hair drier, induction stove, microwave and toaster. There is a 7-11 at a walking distance which is very convenient for breakfast and hot coffee. Please note that this place is a bit far from Sapporo station where many day tours start. This place is good if you are driving. I would recommend adding USB B & USB C charging ports to reduce the dependence on travel adaptors for foreign guests.

Yoshie's home was a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well-stocked with useful supplies and plenty of complimentary snacks! It's also very close to a grocery store, Laweson, and Yamato office for luggage forwarding. Yoshie was also very helpful, offering to drive us to a nearby station both at check-in and check-out and giving us advice on efficient trains.

Excellent location, spacious accommodations with nice views. Host initiated contact early on and leading up to our arrival. Host also provided local recommendations and directions for shopping, restaurants and attractions. Flexible check-in options of in-person or automated lock box. We had automated lock box and the detailed instructions provided made it very easy to retrieve keys. Totally enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is small but very cozy and comfortable! Feels brand new with appliances, well supplied kitchen, and great office space for remote work. It is not cheap but very nice by Japan standards. We didn’t even realize how conveniently it’s located! Prince Hotel next door has busses to Niseko, airport, etc. The value for money is definitely there. We stayed 3 weeks and the only suggestion I have for the hosts is to provide garbage instructions and yellow burnable bags for guests that are staying longer than 5-7 days, as Japan is very particular about the garbage disposal ♻️ Otherwise the hosts were very fast in responding, with clear communication, and easy instructions.

Great listing.The host is enthusiastic and responsive; the facilities are complete, clean and tidy, suitable for one to two people; the location is very convenient, nearby is a food and beverage hot spot, there are many good Genghis Khan, roast meat, ramen, etc.If you have good legs and like city walks, you can walk to two famous Tabelog top 100 restaurants in 15 minutes, and you can also reach Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Nijo Market, basically you can reach the main commercial area of Sapporo except JR Sapporo Station. However, it should be noted that although the location of the house is convenient, the neighborhood next door is a neighborhood with a concentration of love hotels, and friends who mind this may need to consider it a little more (but safety is definitely not a problem).Because it is a downtown area, there may be some noise in the middle of the night or in the morning, and friends who are sensitive to this may also need to consider it. Other than that, it's perfect.

In the room as in the pictures, it felt nice overall, except that the comforter in the living room had a lot of no grease stains left behind was a bit of a hindrance, other things were ok, the fridge had simple flavor. No toothbrush provided, no laundry detergent was a little inconvenient😝
