Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Chuo Ward

Akari san : Our stay in your lovely home was wonderful in every way. We encounter a place with a lot of thought to the guest from cleanliness, brightness to tea and coffee . The location is close to the train station, restaurants and a wonderful supermarket with everything we needed and more.

It was good but the area was very poor and run down

Great location to explore Osaka, located very close to dotombori and walking distance from metro stations. The space was very big and was very clean.

The location is good, easy to go to the train station. There is a storage area for us to keep our luggage before check in which is convenient and useful for us. The room is spacious and clean, well equipped and matches the description and photos on Airbnb. We can open two big luggage and do packing easily. My 4 yo son has enjoyed watching YouTube videos with the big projecting screen. It’s worth to stay.

도톤보리랑 멀지도 않고 너무 가깝지도 않아서 좋았습니다. 3분거리에 24시간하는 대형마트가 있어서 집갈 때 간식 사갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다. (소주도 판매합니다.) 타월도 부족하지 않게 제공해 주셨고 치약, 칫솔도 넉넉하게 챙겨 주셨습니다. 빨래할 때 캡슐 세제 넣을 수 있어서 편리했고 빔프로젝트도 보기 너무 편했습니다. 앞에 바형식으로 된 쿠시카츠 가게를 못가본게 아쉽네요. 다음 예약하시는 분들은 꼭 가보세요. 사람 많더라구요. 친절하게 응대해 주셔서 감사드립니다. 즐겁게 놀다 갑니다.

This place was really great! Super close to the train line and easy to get around. The place was clean, has lots of amenities, and was super comfortable to relax in after a long day of traveling around. Close to the Kaiyukan and Ferris Wheel was a huge plus for me and my kids. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely stay here again and will look to rent this spot next time I am in Osaka.

这套房源距离难波一站，千日线樱川站4号出口步行几分钟即可抵达。马路对面有一家罗森便利店。周围有一家生鲜超市(性价比很高)，还有一家药妆店，品类齐全。都是当地居民平时经常去的。 房源对于我们一家三口来说是相当宽敞的，7楼是客厅，厨房，卫浴室。转角楼梯上去是6个床铺，整体整洁度还不错。厨房用品齐全，装修简单。楼上楼下两个大晒台晾晒衣服非常好。我们居住的很开心。 小建议:细节卫生可在打扫时更加强一些，比如床铺上方一排木架子上的灰尘，浴室排风扇的灰尘，拖排油烟机的清洗(吸油烟能力比较弱) 不在闹市区，可以享受那份宁静，靠近地铁线，出行也无比方便。

The host was very proactive and helped us by pickup our luggage and dropping it on respective floors as per our requirement as the lift was not working. The shower area/washrooms were very clean and had goof quality toiletries. The kitchen was untouched and very well equipped. The cutlery was just perfect, there were all sorts of pans and other equipment required to cook our meals, they even got us new extra induction for our requirement. Good and very helpful staff. Really felt like home. Just faced two difficulties one being no working lift and second the washrooms weren’t inside the rooms. Rest 5star service! Highly recommend 🥳

편안히 잘 쉬었습니다. 대체로 깨끗했고 내부가 춥지도 덥지도 않고 딱 좋았어요. 그리고 피드백이 빠르고 숙소 도착전까지도 자세하게 설명을 해주셨습니다. 아쉬운 점은 문을 열고 닫을때 잘 안되서 불편했지만 하다보니 익숙해졌고 침실 에어컨은 청소가 필요할것 같습니다! 주유패스를 이용했는데 주유패스권으로 데라다초역에서는 이용이 불가해 저희동선으론 조금 불편했습니다. 환승을 해야해서요. 그 외엔 편의점도 가깝고 역도 가깝고 주변에먹을만한곳도 많았습니다! 동네가 조용하고 산책하며 걷기 좋았어요!

入住体验不错，交通便利，购物也方便。唯一这次体验遗憾的是，因为我们五个人的行李箱比较大，房间放行李不好放，楼梯下电视机那块占空间能利用起来放行李就好了。总的来说住这里出行方便是最重要的。值得推荐给旅行中需要住宿的你。

If this were a hotel, I would give it 6 stars! The host has thought of everything needed for her guests. The appliances are state of the art, the beds were very comfortable and the location so easy to access the train station. I have stayed in many air bnbs and this is one of the best! We had fun playing Mario kart, enjoyed the free sake and had a relaxing soak in the tub. There are curling irons, flat irons and hair dryers in each shower. It was very roomy for our family of 4 and could accommodate many more guests. I regret not having more time to stay longer to enjoy the home. If you’re staying in Osaka, book this place!

Ideal room for Family. There were two beds for adults and a bunk bed for children. It was very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. But it would be tough to stay there in the winter. Even with the a/c on, the living room on the first floor doesn't get warm enough, and the bathroom is near the front door, so when you step over from the living room it feels to be the same temperature as outside.

今回、大阪万博とUSJを回るため2日間の宿泊で延べ3日間利用させて頂きました。車での移動でしたが、万博とUSJ へのアクセスがとても良く夜遅くまで遊んで帰りに夕飯をスーパーで仕入れるといった流れで楽しく乗り切れました。部屋も念入りに掃除されている印象でとても良かったです。基本的な日用品も揃えて頂いているので安心でした。ただ、建物自体は年数が経っているためかハウスダスト等に過敏な方は厳しいのかもしれませんがそうでなければ問題は無いと思います。駐車場の前の通りが狭いですがアルファード等の大型(停めれないわけではない)でなければ大丈夫です。近隣も静かで眠れないという心配はありません。車での移動の方でしたらオススメだと思います。

赤ちゃん連れ、計10人で宿泊しました。 ベッドの数、部屋の数がちょうどよく、バスルームとトイレも2つずつあったので快適でした。 また駅から出てすぐの場所だったのもとてもよかったです！駅の近くにはコンビニ、ドラッグストア、ドンキもあり便利でした。 また大阪に行く機会があれば宿泊したいです。

Before arriving I had a few questions and it was extremely easy to chat with the host. They offered answers to every question within minutes! This was a great place to stay and central to all the attractions we wanted to see. It was a 25 minute uber to Universal Studios and a 15 minute uber to Dotonbori. It was about a 3 minute wait to get an uber at the house. The house is 3 stories with very narrow stairs, so be cautious. The towels are very small, but super absorbent. There is a Nespresso machine with pods that are available to purchase. The beds and bedding is what made this the best place I have ever stayed at! They were soft and cloud like.
