Having the use of a boat was awesome, and the lake was great for fishing. Very good sound proofing between the duplexes. Never heard the neighbors once!

REMODELED cottage in an excellent location on Silver Lake, Traverse City w/108 ft direct frontage. 10 minutes to downtown TC. It is one of the nicest inland lakes in TC. Paddleboat, canoe, & stand up paddleboard included. 1 queen bed on main floor and 2 fulls in the loft. Laundry, wi-fi, and Hulu live streaming . We also have two pontoon boats you can rent (cheaper than most all local companies). Please inquire about pontoon availability before booking. Brand new bathroom, kitchen and flooring!

Spacious open, quiet, private, surrounded by trees. At the end of a dead-end road only 1 mile from Traverse City's West Bay, and in a quiet wooded area with wooded trails. Close to downtown Traverse City (1 mile), TART trail (.5 mile), Sleeping Bear Dunes (20 miles). Private access and designated parking area. Sleep with the windows open (not in the winter, please) and listen to the owls, wind rustling through trees, and enjoy nature without light pollution. Great spot for bird watchiing.

This place was exceptional, spotless even nicer than the pictures and literally the best stocked place I have ever stayed in. Coffee, cream sugar, note pad, laundry supplies….Other hosts should stay here and take notes! I have already recommended it others and I can't imagine s staying anywhere else when I return to the area!i Loved it! ❤️

Jessica’s place was amazing. Close to everything, plenty space for our family. It has everything you need for cooking. Very clean and well maintained. Jessica was very responsive even at late hours when we had a problem arriving due to a thunderstorm. The place did not have AC but fans were good for us. I would stay here again.

The Boardman Monarch was such a beautiful stay! Our group stayed here for a bachelorette party and had an absolute blast. The property is absolutely gorgeous and just like the pictures, we could not have been more pleased & content to sit outside listening to the river. Natalie was very responsive, flexible, and very helpful whenever we had questions! I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and it is not a far drive from downtown Traverse City at all.

Pure heaven! One of the most peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable stays we’ve had! Pristine interior with outstanding views of lake, every amenity (including beach toys) we could have wanted. The perfect couples getaway to recharge our batteries. Would be great for young families too. Bass Lake is divine for kayaking among the lily pads and loons, watching the sunsets, or just chilling on the deck. My husband was pouting all the way home as we hated to leave. Check-in was super easy, everything was top notch start to finish. Can’t wait to rebook next year.
