Holiday rentals in Chudleigh Knighton

Josh’s place is probably the best airbnb that we’ve been too.. even my 4 year old thinks its the best part of our holiday. Josh has been an absplute favorite with the kids too after he’s let them ride his tractor. (Luggages need to be transported with Josh’s tractor from the parking to the property as its a bit of a walk if not, he even helped us with loading it back). Everything youll need is there and even though there are 5 accomodations in the field, you have enough privacy for each. Roselyn the bus did not disappoint with comfort. Having lived in London for the last 10 years, it was surreal to sleep in a bus 🤣. Its spotless (as if its never been used before even though we know its such a busy accomodation). Honesty shop was a good concept too. There were wnough blankets to keep us cozy on the chilly outdood nights and the kitchen is fully equipped. The alpacas also made for a good experience for pur 3 kids. Its also plenty fo space for 8 people 👏🏼. Overall, cant recommend more!

I stayed for three nights in this accommodation, it was perfectly located for me because it was near to family. It was also not too far away from town or too far away from the Moor and all of the outdoor activities. The place ticked all the boxes for me, clean, quiet and in great condition. Pip was a great communicator and couldn’t be more helpful. It’s my second time staying and next time I’m in the area I’ll be happy to stay again.

A really lovely clean lodge. Stephen was very quick at responding to messages. We had a great time and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. A bit of info that might be useful to others: we bought a 7 short stay pass from pool reception in order to use the pools and gym (£30 adults and £15 kids). There wasn’t a hair dryer so you might want to pack one!

Pete and Sue were absolutely fantastic hosts, taking the time out to speak with my and my partner and recommending places nearby. The annex was absolutely beautiful, clean and neutrally decorated making it the perfect place to unwind and relax with the added bonus of the balcony which we thoroughly enjoyed enjoying the sun on. The scones, cream and jam was a really nice touch along with the croissants at breakfast although we totally forgot to bring them. That’s fine, just means we’ll have to visit again soon! My third stay here and once again I found the cottage to be beautifully clean and tidy, well-equipped and cosy. I really appreciate the welcome snack basket and also the generous quantity and quality of towels and bedding. Angela is also a great host, always responsive, friendly and helpful. The location is great for visiting Chudleigh and surroundings, in a beautiful location with lovely views but still only a short walk from the village. I hope to be back again soon.

A 10 star Air BnB - everything was simply outstanding; from the delicate pink roses on the garden fence outside the front door, beautifully appointed fittings and furnishings, super comfy bed, great shower, lovely kitchen with everything one could need and more but also really thoughtful touches, like a home-made cream tea and flowers on arrival, coffee and tea, to the added bonuses of lovely hand soap, fluffy towels, bread, butter and eggs. This - and all set within the grounds of such a beautiful house and garden and *quiet*, quite honestly the best stay away and we’d love to come back! THANKYOU so so much, Sharron it was simply *wonderful* and we were made to feel so very welcome by you, and all the love and effort you’ve put into making it such a special place for others to enjoy was not unnoticed nor unappreciated. We had the loveliest couple of days celebrating getting married at 2 pound cottage. You feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The cottage was so clean and tidy, and we loved all the artwork, furniture, lampshades etc. The location is so peaceful and beautiful and there’s a lovely cafe 10 seconds from the front door that does an epic afternoon tea with a great selection of cakes. Emmy was always responsive, helpful and gave lots of recommendations, one of which we went with (Haytor) which was a stunning place to visit Can’t recommend the place highly enough and we’d love to come back someday (maybe an anniversary!)

Fantastic place with great views. Couldn’t wish for more for our Mini-moon ❤️ I couldn’t however find the place for rubbish on departure so needed to leave for the House keeper.
