The place is 100% recommended, safe and quiet, I had an impeccable stay with my family. 2 blocks from the beach, close to businesses, butchers and bakery. I would definitely go back again.

The apartment is very well located, close to downtown, MEF and terminal. The area is safe and busy. The apartment is super comfortable and has a balcony from where you can see the sunset falling in the city. Communication with Javier was very clear and smooth.

I would definitely choose it again... I loved the apartment. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is as shown in the pictures, with good decor, spacious and very functional for 4 guests. We stayed 10 nights and it all really flowed. When we need some kitchen equipment, on the same day they brought it to us with kindness. It's super conveniently located to go to the beach, downhill Sara Beach. I recommend it 100%. Genaro and Claudio are very good hosts.

Beautiful apartment, everything new and clean, very spacious as seen in the photos. The location is very good, we could walk to the beach and downtown, everything is super close! Lourdes was very helpful and kind, she waited for us until late the day we checked in because our trip was complicated, a genius!! I would definitely come back!

It was a pleasant surprise both Playa Unión and Sandro's house and family. The house gives a home feel and has everything one needs and more to spend a beautiful vacation; it has even very nice details. Extreme proximity to the beach is a differential and has supermarkets, warehouses and cafes nearby

Excellent place, safe and private, we went with two dogs and no problem in receiving us, they have a closed patio and parking inside. The house is very comfortable and spacious, with a nice view

We only had one night in the room, but it was absolutely perfect and worth much more than we paid. We were actually going on our roadtrip early the next morning, but Ami had made the best breakfast with all kinds of good things and wanted to hear about our trip, so we ended up hanging out for a few hours in her kitchen. She drew maps and gave us recommendations for our trip through Argentina. We only speak a bit of Spanish and she spoke a bit of English, so we managed to communicate anyway. It was great! The area is outside the city, about 20 minutes by car, but that was no problem for us. We could drive into town for dinner, but it's not so interesting an area to stay if you don't get in your own car. Ami recommended some great places. The bathroom was super clean (there was no key, which might be an issue for someone, but it wasn't a problem for us. Ami was very respectful). Ami was one of the best hosts we've ever had. Highly recommended! ❤️

The best: the view/ocean exit. What can be improved: a TV to watch movies if you get very windy days like it happened to us and we had to stay inside. Thank you! It was beautiful to meet and live the experience in their home.

Maia is a very good host! She gave us flexibility for check-in and check-out! Since we were traveling! We could only enjoy it for a few hours! The apartment has a very modern style with details that make it very cozy and nice. We'll definitely be back for a longer stay. The building is very new, super comfortable, and has everything you need. Accessible, two blocks from the beach and close to restaurants, kiosks, and other needs. Thanks for having us.

The impeccable accommodation, we were in the low season so it was super quiet, there were not many people walking and in high season I imagine that it is very useful to have the beach in front. The apartment is very spacious, as clarification, the patio is not completely closed, it has a low puertita that overlooks the common space area. We have an incredible time!!!
