Holiday rentals in Chrysochou

We recently stayed at this house with a group of 7 adults and 5 children, and it was a great experience overall. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, offering plenty of room for everyone. The location is very good, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying a peaceful and relaxing vacation. However, the garden apartment (basement) was a bit of a letdown. It wasn't as clean as the rest of the house, with dust on the sofa and beds, and from day one we encountered many ants during our stay. Despite this, I would still highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable vacation spot. The cleanliness issue in the garden apartment is something that can be easily fixed.

I felt really at home here. The outstanding view is etched into my soul. The veranda is large, comfortable and has everything you would need. Maria is the most responsive and personable host. Her thoughtful touches are everywhere. She even supplied fruit from her garden, and provided basics to get me started. The apartment is really well equipped, and there was nothing else that I needed. Maria even provided an umbrella, and folding seats for the beach. As other people have mentioned there is a road below the apartment, which might not be everyone’s choice, but that puts the apartment in easy access to all places of interest; Lachi, Baths of Aphrodite, Polis etc. The beaches are minutes away by car, as is the Marina and Polis town. You can walk to most things, (although there is a steep hill down from one side of the apartment, you can avoid this by going another route), there are buses that run frequently from below apartment. As you can tell this was a very enjoyable stay!

Το διαμέρισμα και η διαμονή ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας! Αρχικά η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική, καθώς είναι πολύ κοντά στην Πόλη Χρυσοχούς αλλά και στις παραλίες. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, πολύ καθαρό και άνετο. Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί σε όλα. Απολαύσαμε τη διαμονή σας και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα! A wonderful place to stay for those like us who like the more secluded. Very peaceful & a pool beside the villa is a luxury. Thank you so much for everything Sofronius. This was one of the nicest airbnb places I have had the pleasure of staying at.

το διαμέρισμα του Χριστόφορου φυσικά και προτείνετε! Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή και ο χώρος καθαρός με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Μας έκανε εντύπωση που είχε μηχανή του καφέ, ψυγείο νερού και συνδρομή Νετφλιξ στην τηλεόραση. Η πολυκατοικία είναι ήσυχη και το διαμερισμα πολύ ασφαλές. Η πόρτα είχε αυτόματο σύστημα κλειδώματος και για την είσοδο στο διαμέρισμα δεν χρειαζοσουν κλειδί πράγμα που μας έκανε την ζωή πολύ εύκολη. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμησουμε οταν επισκεφθούμε ξανά την Πόλι.

So peaceful. We made ourselves at home so easily. Clean and fresh rooms, hot water, working A.Cs in every room, gorgeous inside and outside environment. We thoroughly recommend this place. A getaway haven.

Without doubt the best accommodation we’ve had in Cyprus over the 2.5 weeks. Felt right at home, everything was flexible and Nikolas was a great host: very communicative, proactive and friendly. The studio is spacious and a perfect haven of peace with a fantastic view, and a great base to explore the wider surroundings. The terrace and barbecue allowed for lovely outdoor dinners. The welcome wine was a lovely additional touch - thank you so much for this amazing stay !
