This place is magnificent in every sense of this word. We loved it, to stay there, to come back after side exploring.The light breeze ,the view, the house and the garden with all facilities, the terrace,all very stylefull designed , with love to details.And the privacy!!!We enjoyed every moment of staying there. Special highlight for us was Marshall Stanmore(🤩), wich made us to enjoy the sunsets with outstanding sound!! Our hosts are lovely people, easy to communicate with. By far the best Airbnb I’ve ever had. This place is a mansion and we had the best time in it. We came as 5 couples and there was a suite for every couple with one of the suites having two extra single beds in a single room. The host was responsive and gave us amazing local recommendations for everything. We planned on going to party but the villa was so fun we ended up staying in it for the whole time. This is the perfect place to getaway since it has amazing amenities and a quiet surrounding. 10/10 would recommend and would come again!!

Our stay at Marianna’s penthouse apartment was excellent. She was an amazing host, quick to respond and very helpful. Breakfast was made in the mornings at 9am which was outstanding. She catered for my partner and I who are vegetarians. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything that we possibly needed. I would highly recommend this apartment. Taxis do need to be booked a little ahead of time if you’re heading out but it’s like this throughout Paphos. p.s private roof pool is as good as the photos

Great stay at Modos House, highly recommend it!

For people who love nature , serenity , and beautiful vistas and who don’t like to be surrounded by tourists or loud annoying nabors in the hotel rooms but at the same time want to be comfortable Adam’s house is perfect. In addition to drop dead gorgeous pool and vistas from the terrace , the house is equipped with all necessities , barbecue, kitchen with all appliances (extra cutting board would not hurt though) , very comfy beds. Showers have great pressure and hot water . Adam was very responsive , we were allowed a late check-out as well . Very nice recommendations in the Guest package on what to do and which restaurants to watch. However we chose to use barbecue and eat at home most of the evenings we were there. Make sure you do grocery shopping on the way before check in as all the stores 25-30 minutes away except one in the little village nearby. We also enjoyed lunch an Vasilikon Winery . Very nice food, vistas and good wine. We had fabulous time, were sad to leave.

Had a great stay here. The host was excellent. Super responsive, helpful, and went out of his way to offer recommendations beyond just the Airbnb or the immediate area. You could tell he genuinely cared that guests have a good experience. The apartment itself was very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Everything inside was recently renovated. Modern, fresh, and in top condition. No issues at all. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed. The terrace had a solid setup: a table and a gas grill, perfect for BBQs. What really stood out for me though was the fitness equipment: pull-up bar, dip bars, resistance bands, kettlebell, dumbbells, even a weight vest. Great bonus if you're into training and want to stay active during your stay. All in all, highly recommend this place. Clean, well-equipped, great location, and a host who genuinely cares about his guests. Would book again.

This is easily the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in the quality of the property, the furniture, everything was thought through and it was an amazing stay! Andy was very helpful throughout and we can’t wait to come back in the future. Five stars highly recommend!!

We had an amazing stay at Matteo Villa! The property is not only beautiful but also incredibly well-equipped — perfect for a comfortable and memorable getaway. We stayed for a special occasion (my 30th birthday 🎉) and it couldn’t have been a better setting! The jacuzzi, infinity pool, and sauna were absolute highlights — such a luxury to have all of that right on site. The garden bar made our evenings feel like our own private resort. Inside, everything was thoughtfully prepared: a water fridge, full kitchen equipment, plenty of towels and even beach towels, which was such a nice touch. The location is stunning — perched above the clouds with the most beautiful sunsets and peaceful views. It felt like a proper escape while still being close enough to everything we needed. The self check-in process was super smooth and easy, and communication with the hosts was excellent throughout. Highly recommended — we’d absolutely love to come back!
