Holiday rentals with a patio in Chōsei, Chōsei District

房東非常的友善。在我們一行人抵達的第一天早上，因為行李不算少，不方便隨身攜帶前往預定行程，經過詢問房東後，房東願意讓我們提早入住房間並放置行李，這對我們來說有很大的幫助。 下次如果還有還朋友的團體旅遊，我也會再次參考和選擇這間房間！

The place is at a walkable distance from Sensoji(3-4 mins walk). The accommodation space is well managed with very tastefully done interiors. Walkable from Asakusa station. The stairs are narrow and there's no lift. It's difficult to carry the luggages.

Insgesamt sehr gut; lediglich der 4. Stock samt enger Treppe war herausfordernd mit Kind und viel Gepäck.

I enjoyed my stay. The apartment is clean, quiet, and was a relaxing place to come back to on the days I toured the city and did excursions. The host is super kind and responsive. I highly recommend.

Excelente departamento, moderno, con todas las comodidades. Es realmente pequeño y nosotros fuimos dos personas. Creo que mas personas que eso sería muy incomodo. Esta a 3-5 min de la estación de metro, lo que permite conectarse con cualquier lugar sin problemas. Los lugares tipicos y famosos a visitar en tokio quedan en promedio a 30-40 min en trayecto. Ojo, que la entrada por la que llegas (A3) tiene escaleras mecanicas que suben, lo que es util cuando llegas pero no cuando te vas, hay que ir a una entrada (A6) mas lejana con ascensor. Hay un 7eleven y un supermercado (Life) mas grande a 1 cuadra. En general fue muy bueno, y nos sentimos comodos toda nuestra estadía. Gracias por recibirnos.

Great location, anything you can think of is nearby. Quiet neighborhood, allowing for plenty of rest. Space was tight for three people with large luggage, but we made it work. Overall would recommend.

A lovely apartment , plenty of room , stunning views from the roof top , spent evenings looking across the roof tops , taking in the stunning views especially of Sky Tree, 3 stations within 10-15 minute walk , lots of bars and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk , all local tourist hotspots within east travelling. Train line nearby but you soon get used to it so it’s not an issue. Thank you for letting us stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was spotlessly clean and had such a warm, ‘home away from home’ feel. We really appreciated all the thoughtful furniture and amenities—especially the great TV with Netflix and YouTube for cozy nights in. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Just a heads-up for future guests: The nearest train station is about a 10–15 minute walk, but the tranquil setting made it worth the extra steps for us. Would happily return—thanks for a wonderful experience

Eventhough the place was a little far from tokyo, we ended up liking the place and it's surrounding for being peaceful and felt very local. The place is walkable to two train stations, with Shin-Shibamata being the closest. The house is a modern design. Recommended for guests who wants to get away from crowded areas and loves rural places. Will definitely go back!

距離八廣車站非常近，走路約1～2分鐘。周遭寧靜舒適，距離車站近的話要去哪裡都非常方便，尤其是在日本旅行走路腳會非常的酸，回去民宿休息超級方便。乾淨，嶄新，屋主也非常友善，所有能形容好的形容詞都可以用在房子和屋主身上，住宿體驗非常美好，希望每次去日本旅行都可以有那麼好的體驗❤️

Everything accurate to its description. The area around it is beautiful and really fun to walk around at night.

We had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was super clean, well-equipped (we really appreciated having a washing machine!), and in an amazing location. It was just a short walk to the Tokyo Skytree from where areas like Asakusa, Akihabara and even Shibuya are easily accessible. The rooftop terrace with a view of the Skytree was a definite highlight — such a great place to unwind in the evening. Getting to the apartment from the airport by train was also super convenient, which made our arrival smooth and easy. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and friendly. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

It's a little bit away from the main tourist attractions of Tokyo but thankfully very near the bus station that takes you to the local train station. It's a great place and very cozy. It has one main shower room and two bidets. We had no complaints and enjoyed our stay. The host was great in communicating and even checked on us. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

This place was great. We stayed three adults. There was a bedroom on the first floor and the bedroom on the third floor. The living room and kitchen were comfortable and clean. Oshiage station is with an easy walking distance, and the area is way more peaceful than the big touristy areas.

Très bel appartement, un peu loin du métro mais facile d’accès. L’ascenseur dans la résidence est un vrai plus car voyageant avec une poussette c’est vraiment pratique. J’ai eu du mal à trouver l’airbnb et l’hôte a fait en sorte que je le trouve facilement. Petit présent à la fin du séjour délivré par l’hôte ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus appréciable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

To był mój pierwszy pobyt w dzielnicy Sumida i zdecydowanie nie ostatni! Apartament był czysty, świeży i bardzo dobrze przygotowany na przyjazd gości. Wszystko dokładnie tak, jak w opisie – a nawet lepiej. Okolica okazała się spokojna i przyjemna, z łatwym dostępem do komunikacji miejskiej oraz ciekawych miejsc w okolicy. Idealne miejsce na pobyt w Tokio, szczególnie jeśli chce się odpocząć od zgiełku bardziej turystycznych dzielnic. Gorąco polecam i z przyjemnością wrócę tu przy kolejnej wizycie w Japonii!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Maple war richtig toll! Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern , sehr geräumig und die Betten super bequem . Maple hat alles für uns toll vorbereitet und war jederzeit , blitzschnell zur Hilfe , wenn wir mal Fragen hatten. Es war für alles in der Wohnung gesorgt und einfach erklärt .( wie zb die Waschmaschine funktioniert) Wir hatten sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten , waren super schnell überall mit Bahn , aber auch zu Fuß an guten Spots. Uns hat Maples Nachbarschaft / Ort richtig gut gefallen und es war total leise , trotz dieser Nähe zur Stadt . Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen. Danke 😊

まず部屋に入った時に窓から見える美しい海に感動しました！滞在中は私の好きな赤い色調のおしゃれなお部屋で静かに過ごすことができました。窓の外を見ながら写真を撮ったり、スケッチをしました。 夜はとても静かだったので十分な睡眠をとることができました。次の日は比較的暖かかったのでバルコニーで朝食をとりました。これが最高でした。 コンドミニアムの前には松林があり、また美しい花が咲き乱れていて周辺をカメラを持って散歩しました。とても貴重な時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました！
