I liked everything, the location is perfect, close to the sea, everything is nearby, private territory of a closed type. It was important to be able to rest with the dog, and here you can. All amenities are available, everything necessary for a stay is also available.

The apartment was cleaned, everything was clean. It looks like in the photo and in the description. The hostess is very friendly, it is easy to agree on the living conditions.

Conveniently located near the main train/bus station and walking distance to anywhere in the city centre. The apartment is very comfortable, fast internet, good sized kitchen, in a quiet building. I stayed for one week and I really enjoyed my time here. Lena's husband helped me with the check-in. I needed a quiet place to work online and this was perfect.

Cozy, comfortable apartment, I really liked it. Located in a quiet yard, 7-10 minutes walk to the beach; next to a beautiful boulevard where you can sit in the evening. The city center is about 10 minutes away in a calm step. The hostess is very friendly and responsive. There is only a pleasant impression of your stay.

We felt very comfortable here and have booked again. Location, price and performance are just right here. We especially liked the balcony and the extra room with a desk and a single bed, which can also be used comfortably as a couch during the day. Internet is good. The beds are hard, but we slept well. Even the nightly alarms didn't really bother us. Both the beach and the center are within walking distance.

Really nice and cosy stay at Olga's beautiful house. Very responsive and attentive host. A true datcha with a lot of character and thoughtful details. Very quiet residential rustic location. Our favorite was a terrace which is nice and sunny in the morning and a perfect refreshing shelter in the afternoon when the heat is high. Super comfy beds and we slept really well every night. A wild beach is 12-15 min walk with kids, through a picturesque beachside hills covered with a gorgeous smell of wild Summer flowers and herbs. There is a shop within 5 min walk with all essentilals. Chernomorsk with busier life is 5-10 min drive. A sunrise over the sea is very special to watch! All highly recommended! Would certainly be happy to come back!

The house and the outside are clean and tidy. Pleasant hosts, great location 5 minutes to the sea and 10 minutes to the shop. We hope to come back.

We didn't actually stay because of the Aggressive Russians and their War on Ukraine. We hope we will be able to visit someday. Communication with Karolina during this time has been wonderful.

Great flat in a nice area! Wonderful value for money. Very close to the beach The view from the balcony is just a feast for the eyes, I was very pleased with the small table there, where it is pleasant to have breakfast and enjoy the landscape! The hostess is friendly and quick to respond. Nice to do business! Of the disadvantages, only WiFi, which in some places in the apartment does not catch well, but it is a sin to complain. We'd love to come again.

I enjoyed my time in this apparent. I love the cleanness, WiFi, amenities in general and Maksym was friendly. I will come back for sure. It is super close to Arcadia restaurants and bars. I really recommend this apartment.

Great place for a quite vacation. 10 mins to the beach and 15 mins by taxi to Arkadia

Maksym was a great host. The view of the Black Sea is amazing! The apartment is brand new, and is a 15 min walk from all the night life. We would come back again! The safe was a plus for passports.
