Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Chornomorsk

Really nice and cosy stay at Olga's beautiful house. Very responsive and attentive host. A true datcha with a lot of character and thoughtful details. Very quiet residential rustic location. Our favorite was a terrace which is nice and sunny in the morning and a perfect refreshing shelter in the afternoon when the heat is high. Super comfy beds and we slept really well every night. A wild beach is 12-15 min walk with kids, through a picturesque beachside hills covered with a gorgeous smell of wild Summer flowers and herbs. There is a shop within 5 min walk with all essentilals. Chernomorsk with busier life is 5-10 min drive. A sunrise over the sea is very special to watch! All highly recommended! Would certainly be happy to come back!

The house and the outside are clean and tidy. Pleasant hosts, great location 5 minutes to the sea and 10 minutes to the shop. We hope to come back.

Due to the fact that the previous day in the house was free - I was able to accept us earlier and we were sorting things out of the train to run to the meeting of the sea) a very cozy and pleasant house in which love and family are invested - it is felt in various small trinkets (even on the lamp, which helped during the lights out) Irina is a very friendly and pleasant hostess, thank you very much and we are waiting to return to you! If you are looking for a place to stay, and as we accidentally came across this option - book! Living in a cozy courtyard of a private house is much more pleasant than neighboring residential complexes!

A very cozy house, everything is very comfortable, + you have your patio, where there is always shade, swing, and a place to fry something on the grill. All photos correspond to reality. Recommended, we loved it! Very cozy and comfortable house + you have your own yard and place for your car. We enjoy our stay there!

Loved staying at Andrei’s place in Odesa. It was super central, hidden in a quiet inner courtyard and had all the things you need for a restful stay. Andrei was welcoming, friendly and very helpful during my stay. A definite recommendation!

The apartment is modern and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are underfloor heating, a washing machine with a dryer, a robot vacuum cleaner and other amenities. A place to work is also provided. The apartment is located in a closed area where there is a parking lot that costs 100 UAH per day. Although the distance from the center is a bit far, it is quiet and peaceful, which contributes to a comfortable stay.

Very pleasant experience. Clean, tidy, pleasant owner, good communication. Nearby there is a coffee shop, close to the sea. I definitely recommend it!

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and bright with a balcony. With a gorgeous sea view. The main beach clubs and disco of Ibiza and Itaka are 7-8 minutes by foot. Pavel is a very responsible owner, he sent detailed instructions with a photo of how to get there. It turned out to be possible to make a late check-out without additional payment. When needed, he quickly got in touch and gave good advice. I liked everything!

The location is very convenient to the sea, Arcadia and various entertainment. The territory of the complex is closed, there is a guarded parking. The apartment matches the photos. Recommended.

We had an amazing stay! There were two of us, and the apartment was absolutely beautiful and spotless — even better than we expected. Everything was perfectly clean and tastefully decorated. Maksym was a great host. The view of the Black Sea is amazing! The apartment is brand new, and is a 15 min walk from all the night life. We would come back again! The safe was a plus for passports.
