Awesome place to stay for a weekend break from Bkk. Such a cosy house, super-relaxing. Only reason I wouldn't recommend it is because we wouldn't want it booked out when we try to come back!

Excellent villa need transport to get to beaches

I'm not really a fan of reviews, as it's often the case that you also have to make negative comments. This is the first accommodation I've booked that was absolutely great. The host's hospitality deserves special mention. I will definitely be back. Thank you, Nancy!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The place is very clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. The kitchen is fully functional with a dishwasher, which made cooking very convenient. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable. Jonny was very helpful and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay. The location is also excellent — close to local markets, plenty of restaurants, and within walking distance to the beach. Overall, a great value for the price. Highly recommended! 😊

I enjoyed my stay at this house. I really liked the garden surrounding the property it was peaceful, quiet, and full of beautiful flowers. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, the blanket in the smaller bedroom was a bit too thin. Fortunately, our group ended up with only four people, so we didn’t need to use it. Also, there was no bidet spray in the bathroom on the second floor, which made things a bit inconvenient when the toilet paper ran out. But overall, there was nothing that caused any real problem. Like others I had a little bit of difficulty finding the location. GPS took our driver to a different spot, but we were ultimately able to find it. And our host was very responsive in communicating. My best advice if you have trouble finding it navigate to peaky blinders restaurant that’s right next door to it. There was an issue with our original room, but we were given an upgraded larger room. The electricity cost was more than I expected but given the cost and size of the room the total cost was still an ok value. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever in need a a place in this location.

I have stayed at this condo on numerous occasions and found the host to be most accommodating. I had a late flight on my checkout day and the host let me stay in the condo until late in the afternoon.

I enjoyed my time at this place, everything you need is there and the view is amazing, and Billy was very helpful and provided me with what I needed and more, thanks Billy for everything and I will come back to stay at your place again.

Well located near everything. Shopping centers and grocery stores within walking distance. The beach is also very close. The room is quiet because it’s on the 12th floo, and there is only one other room next to it. Swimming pool, hot tub and sauna being available to use was a nice bonus. Thonpakkhaon was very attentive to our needs. Will stay again.

The apartment offers really nice sea views and beautiful sunsets, which were definitely the highlight of the stay. It was clean and as described. The host was responsive and helpful throughout, and the building staff were polite and friendly. The location is a bit out of the way, so a motorbike is pretty much necessary to get around. It’s about 10 minutes to Jomtien and 20 minutes to central Pattaya. That said, the area is quiet, which some may prefer. There are a few good restaurants and beach bars nearby, especially on the left side near the resorts—worth checking out if you’re staying in. Overall, a solid option if you’re looking for a quieter place with a nice view and don’t mind a short ride to the main areas.

Best view, just an endless view of ocean from the apartment. You can see the sunset in front of you. Designed really well also!

Perfect communication with GREAT hosts and included breakfast buffet at Pascals fine dining restaraunt was a very welcome bonus. Very best place i have ever stayed. From the moment I walked in, I was absolutely captivated. While there were a few minor details that caught my eye, they were quickly overshadowed by the sheer beauty, spaciousness, and immaculate presentation of the home. The breathtaking views elevated the experience even further—each of the four balconies (if I counted correctly!) offered its own stunning perspective, making every moment a delight. Good stay

Klaus's condo is immaculately clean and extremely well equipped with everything you will need! For me, the work desk & chair and steady WiFi was great for working. The room was very quiet and peaceful. The balcony is equipped with two comfortable chairs and a table and is surrounded by trees; great for a morning coffee. There is no sea view from this room but I was very pleased with the 'green space' view. Staff at the building were always smiling and courteous. Plenty of parking available and walking distance to 7-11 and some great Western, Thai and seafood restaurants. Not to mention the condo being right on the beach where, at low tide, you can walk 4 km of sandy beaches. The area is quiet during the week and because busy on weekends with 'local' tourists. I had one small problem and Klaus was quick to reply and get it sorted out; amazing communication and service. I would highly recommend staying at Klaus's room and hope to stay again in the future.
