Stayed for 3 weeks ! Lovely villa well furnished and felt like home ,nice garden and a good sized swimming pool.

Poor soundproofing, everything else is perfect The little helper is also very cute and kind, the explanation and introduction are very complete, and the housekeeper and the landlord respond super promptly. Everyone is very satisfied with this accommodation, Clean, everything is at a glance, a lot of small details are thoughtful Everyone says they'll come back next time

The host was a lovely lady that went out her way to accommodate us. I asked about check in times and she went out her way to let us check in and out later if we needed. Was really nice place to relax with your own pool. Would defo book again when visiting Jomtien.

The place in a quiet area a little bit away from the beach, but this is what we wanted as it was within walking distance of the music venue we were attending. The pool was great and everything you needed was there.

Great private villa to enjoy beautiful garden and pool. The villa has perfect facilities to enjoy holidays with big rooms. My 9-year-old kid really enjoyed days in this villa. I really liked beautiful flowers in the garden around the pool. Hans, the host, and his team coordinated perfectly to accommodate us to grasp what we needed and to troubleshoot even minor issues. Their response were always super quick and accurate. Perfect location to enjoy holidays in Pattaya. I recommend everyone coming to Pattaya stay this villa to enjoy holidays with friends or family. Nice and quiet place , suitable for rest with private house

Quiet location, well away from the beach road which gets busy and noisy at weekends and holidays. Very responsive host, quick to sort out minor issues. Comfortable beds, good a/c's and fast Internet made for a relaxing stay. Renting transport to get to local shops is strongly recommended.

The place is nice and peaceful, meaning it’s not a lot to access to unless you have a car. The house is very nice and the location is beyond perfect for relaxation. However, it depends on your neighbours as well - we had one night of a big party going on until 5.30 am next door so we didn’t have a good sleep. Anyway, apart from that the house is very very lovely. Really good for a family of 6 like us to spend quality time together.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The location was super convenient, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt throughout the entire stay. I especially appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting and would love to come back again!

Thank you Paul, Kak, and Art and sister for being amazing hosts, your home is very clean,spacious, and well laid out for a large family, with kitchen, bathroom and two family rooms with TV's downstairs, and a further bathroom and three bedrooms upstairs, one of which also has the ensuite with jacuzzi (which our children loved!) and we were thankful for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Thank you for the towel for each guest, which was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the use of the community pool which was very refreshing after busy mornings sight-seeing! Your home is in a quiet complex about 15 mins away from Pattaya centre and beach so it was lovely to have peace on our return each day. The main road is only 100 yards away which gives access to lots of bars, restaurants and a foodmarket which we enjoyed exploring! All in all, we loved that you took the time to ensure we had everything we needed during our holiday including booking our transfer to Bangkok on our last

Fantastic time at Jan's house. It was perfect for my family, very spacious and ticked all the boxes for us. Very peaceful and private, staff very helpful and amenities very good. We regularly used the gym and pool. Jan was a great host, very responsive and thoughtful with the way the house was presented. I would recommend own transport if you stay here, we had a car so it was no issue for us. Bang Sare is 10 min drive and Sattahip around 15 mins, both are great for food, drink and relaxation. Jans place is definitely recommended.👍🏻

Nice and small pool villa. everything. was great except they should have provided some handsoap dishwash liquid. also, they charge about an extra for electricity..other than that. it was good.

Beautiful house .Had everything you need

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Was the best place we've ever booked through Airbnb. It was the first time I didn't have to defrost the fridge freezer. The private pool was very nice and was cleaned regularly. The rooms are very large and spacious. We felt very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to rent the motorbike on site right away, for a good price. It's also essential. The Transfair to and from the airport, worked impeccably despite the late arrival. All in all it was a very nice holiday for us.
