Fantastic location. Marussel was always fast to respond. Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Beach, restaurants, laundry service and supermarket all very walkable. Great view of the city and the pool and ship but high enough not to have any noise. Will definitely stay their again, I felt right at home

A nice and peaceful place to stay. Scooters are available to rent very close to the apartment, making it easy to get around. The beach nearby is beautiful and quiet. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and relaxing getaway.

Enjoyed my stay here very clean well lit great shower and awesome view from the balcony.Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and definitely when coming back I will be sure to stay here again.Thank You

房间实际的环境比照片里看着更干净舒服，泳池也比较干净，房间也很清爽。房东回复也比较快，遇到问题也很热心。如果非要说一条美中不足的话，就是离商业中心需要打车，但是房间门口吃的便利店都有。是当地人生活的区域，下次还来泼水节的话，还订这家。和当地人玩，不去步行街

I absolutely loved this room and the host! The room was huge, located in a very quiet part of Pattaya, but very close to everything that I wanted. The host was on site and handled everything quickly and made my stay absolutely wonderful! I highly highly recommend!

The host was extremely responsive and assisted when my driver was lost.

房東人親切友善，提供的住宿也很優質，房源位在安靜又不會受到干擾的社區，離海邊及市區坐車大概10分鐘。最喜歡小陽台，可以在新鮮的空氣中眺望山和海！這次沒有使用到泳池，看起來有很讚的滑水道，下次有機會的話會想再入住。

Huset, poolen var perfekt liksom det lugna utanför. man behövde inte känna sig orolig för ovälkomna besökare. Ett mycket bra boende som rekommenderas och man känner sig som hemma.

A stunning villa in a beautiful location, with 24/7 shop nearby and several restaurants. The terraced pool is perfect to relax in while the host is incredibly friendly with quick and clear information. Amazing stay!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Nida ! Le logement était conforme à l’annonce, propre, confortable et très bien situé. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la réactivité et la gentillesse de Nida tout au long de la réservation et du séjour. Elle a toujours été disponible pour répondre à mes questions et donner des conseils utiles. L’accueil était chaleureux, et tout était parfaitement organisé. Perfect, Perfect Perfect Perfect hostess - Preetinun answered all my concerns in a timely manner always with good results. Perfect unit - well equipped with all the cooking utensils, linen and bedding needed. While in a very busy and noisy section of town, the inside facing unit location eliminated all the surrounding noise. Overlooking the pool made for a very serene setting. Perfect location - close to lots of restaurants, bars, transportation and a short walk to the beach. I am happy I will be going back there again next year to enjoy this condo once again. Booked this place for my family vacation and got exactly what I expected. The room was well-prepared, fully equipped, and had everything we needed. Convenient location and definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!

Останавливались с тремя детьми на три недели. Дом полностью соответствует описанию, не очень новый, но поддерживается в хорошем состоянии, есть вся необходимая посуда и инвентарь для уборки. Имеется скрытая зеленью веранда, на которой мы проводили все вечера. Персонал и соседи очень доброжелательные. На территории комплекса чисто и тихо, практически всегда посещая бассейн мы были там одни. Очень понравились абсолютно пустынные пляжи вокруг, больше всего нам полюбилась дальняя его часть, если при выезде повернуть на лево. Море там очень мелкое, а мусор, который время от времени приносит море собирает техника. Расстояния вокруг очень значительные, нужен транспорт. Для перемещения вокруг мы использовали большой мотоцикл с крышей, а для дальних локаций сервисы такси, которые без проблем можно вызвать прямо к вилле. У нас заболели дети и нам пришлось несколько раз ездить в Бангкок госпиталь, до него не более получаса на авто. Mal был очень дружелюбен и отзывчив, и всегда был готов помочь.

Julie's place at The Base was amazing. very convenient and so much to do. the view was awesome. the apartment itself was cozy and comfortable. will definitely book for my next visit to Pattaya. highly recommended for booking for your travels. thank you Julie
