Holiday rentals with beach access in Chon Buri

We were very pleased with this accommodation from the moment we opened the door. The view from just about every area in the house was amazing. Great location, walkable with plenty of restaurants in the area. Nice ice cream parlor on the bottom floor. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying again upon my next visit.

I enjoyed my time at this place, everything you need is there and the view is amazing, and Billy was very helpful and provided me with what I needed and more, thanks Billy for everything and I will come back to stay at your place again.

Not having visited Pattaya before, I was unaware of just how centrally located this accommodation was. I HIGHLY recommend to anybody without children.

5 Stars We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The view was absolutely stunning and the location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed. The space was clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were very responsive and kind, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Это небольшая и чистая квартира. она расположена на первой линии моря и имеет очень хороший бассейн. Рядом есть все необходимое.

Nice and quiet place , suitable for rest with private house

The place is nice and peaceful, meaning it’s not a lot to access to unless you have a car. The house is very nice and the location is beyond perfect for relaxation. However, it depends on your neighbours as well - we had one night of a big party going on until 5.30 am next door so we didn’t have a good sleep. Anyway, apart from that the house is very very lovely. Really good for a family of 6 like us to spend quality time together.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet still close to local attractions and restaurants. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I enjoyed my stay at this house. I really liked the garden surrounding the property it was peaceful, quiet, and full of beautiful flowers. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, the blanket in the smaller bedroom was a bit too thin. Fortunately, our group ended up with only four people, so we didn’t need to use it. Also, there was no bidet spray in the bathroom on the second floor, which made things a bit inconvenient when the toilet paper ran out. But overall, there was nothing that caused any real problem. Прекрасный дом с 4 спальнями и 5 ванными комнатами, небольшой бассейн с горкой, барбекю, посуда, бильярд, караоке, для нашей компании 10 человек, было просторно, каждый нашел чем заняться, несколько зон для фотографий, чистое постельное белье, полотенца, все очень уютно, легко заселились, так же легко выселились. Жилье больше подходит для приватных вечеринок или если вы на авто, находится в вилладже, где несколько типовых вилл. Все очень комфортно, нам очень понравилось. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Zentral gelegen und mit dem Bike in ca 10 Minuten am Strand und mitten im Zentrum wo es unzählige Restaurants und Bars gibt.

The place was really clean and just as shown in the pictures. The TV was really big and the pool and gym were also nice. Jae Won was really helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a good stay. Would recommend.

Great place to stay..it was easy to check in and check out. The place was neat and tidy all kinds of gadgets were there... Dr. Supot was very helpful and suggested the best. Pool to gym everything was as shown in the picture was the same and amazing...I would love to visit the same property again soon...

Die Wohnung bietet einen fantastischen Rundumblick mit direktem Meerblick – allein das war schon ein Highlight! Sie ist voll ausgestattet, es hat mir wirklich an nichts gefehlt, alles war mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Ivan ist ein sehr engagierter Gastgeber, der Check-in lief absolut reibungslos und die Kommunikation war super angenehm. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Wohnung ist ziemlich vollgestellt, was Geschmackssache ist – und morgens gab es gelegentlich einen unangenehmen Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Laut Ivan lässt sich das leider nicht ganz vermeiden, für mich war’s aber noch im Rahmen. Ich habe mich so wohlgefühlt, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt sogar verlängert habe – das sagt ja schon alles!

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.

Great location (close to Central Mall, and equidistant to other interesting places), great quality and clean, I would go again.
