It was a shame that the location was a little vague, but everything else was so good! I don't think it'll matter at all if you're going to go around with Grab. The accommodation is clean, and it's easy to dispose of trash! There was simple tableware, so it was nice to order grab food and eat it. ~ There are staff in the lobby, you can leave your luggage, and there is a restaurant and a massage shop, so the massage was so nice. I recommend you to try it! It was a great value for the money!!

I’m truly grateful to have been hosted once again by Steve and his team. The entire experience was seamless and highly professional. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed in a minimalist retro style. It had everything needed for a longer stay, and if anything was missing, the team was quick to provide it. The apartment is located in a very modern condo complex in Thong Lo, which is so well-equipped—with its own supermarket, co-working space, two gyms, cinema, several pools, and more—that you hardly ever need to leave. The location right in the heart of Thong Lo, along with the free shuttle service to the BTS, is another big plus. All in all, the stay exceeded my expectations, and I would happily return anytime. Thank you so much!

What a wonderful stay! The house was clean and tidy — spacious, yet it truly felt like home. It’s located in a vibrant neighborhood, full of life during the day, but peaceful and quiet at night. Kan was incredibly friendly and did an excellent job as a host. I only wish we had more time to live here. My family and I had a lovely week.

Very communicative host who addressed our needs quickly. Good area with easy connection to metro station and nearby two seven eleven stores. Overall a very smooth and professional experience is a nice location.

Our stay at Joop’s apartment was wonderful! The place was modern, clean and incredibly peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring Bangkok. The apartment was thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Nana BTS station, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. Everything you might need is within walking distance, which makes getting around super easy. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was stocked with everything I could need. I truly enjoyed my time here! Joop was an exceptional host—friendly and attentive. I really appreciated her follow-ups and care throughout the stay. I’d 100% recommend this apartment and would stay here again!

This is a fantastic spot to stay while exploring the greater Bangkok area. It is quiet and peaceful. The hosts were professional and attentive. Overall strongly recommended. If I have the opportunity again; I would like to stay there again. I personally drove a car; however, there are public transportation options available to get to this location, highly convenient.

We had a great stay at this house. It is new, very clean, and quite spacious, perfect for our family of six. It truly felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Jenny is the best host I have ever seen. She is very accommodative, informative, responsive, super duper helpful and flexible when we had to dropped off our luggages early before checking in.She arranged a simple breakfast every morning and gave us fresh watermelon on the day of checking in which help us to cool down with heat of the Bangkok weather. The rooms are spacious,clean and have most of the Culinary tool in the kitchen. The area is safe, quiet, nice and chill. I will definitely stay there if I am planning my next trip to Bangkok.

This trip in Bangkok and staying at this 1 bedroom garden home is really too satisfying and must give it a five star review!Just here, I was stunned by the view in front of me, sitting in the garden, seeing the Yuyu river, and looking out to the Bangkok skyline, with an amazing view.The interior of the house is also very clean and tidy, the place is very cozy, the bed is soft and the sleep is super scarce.The bathroom is fully equipped and convenient to use.And the host is very nice. Whether it's a pre-arrival inquiry or a small need when checking in, you can get a quick response and help.It is also very convenient to live here, and there are many places to eat and enjoy.This stay was just perfect, I'd love to stay here next time I'm in Bangkok!

The host was super nice, very responsive. We have an issue with small insects that she never experienced before, but she tried everything to fix this for us and check back with us every day. The house was nice, organized and clean without clutters. Ee enjoyed birds, fish and fruits from trees grown on her yard. mangoes were so sweet. I will definitely come back again to stay at this house next time, I visit Thailand.

We are very happy to stay there...quiet...very clean and comfort. .But it is a bit far from the city..difficult to use public transport.
