Me and my friends had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described - clean and very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in smooth and hassle-free with clear guidance and instructions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This villa was the perfect place for my sisters and I to unwind after spending time in the city. The views were impeccable, especially the elephants from the balcony! Rattiya was soooo sweet and left us some groceries to start us off right and we appreciated it SO much! We would definitely come back and stay here next time we’re in Phuket. Also, the beds were veryyy comfy!!

Surasa and staff was amazing, they were there and helped with anything that I needed. Anything that I needed, they were there. The house is on the edge of a cliff overlooking the beautiful water like you can see in the images. It is on a secluded dirt road with other homes and upon arrival you will walk through a fish farm and little shacks, the house is behind all this. It is a five star from me through and through. The swinging vented doors are a work or art. The only down side I have, like everyone else that commented, are the bugs. But that’s just what you sign up for when going to a home that has a completely open living room in the tropical jungle.

Hi.. The view from the villa is amazing.... worth the money spent... The villa has 4 beautiful rooms and an amazing terrace...Maid visits daily for upkeep and she is friendly.... Pool is very small so didn't use it...We used Bolt app to travel around..and the taxi's dropped us right at the entrance of Villa. Except for the steep climb to the villa rest everything is excellent in this location.

Beautiful area amazing surroundings and very responsive hosts also will help you rent a bike if you want

Staying at Paulina’s Airbnb was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. Paulina is, without a doubt, the best host I’ve ever had. Her warm hospitality, excellent communication, and deep knowledge of Phuket made our trip incredibly smooth and enjoyable. She went above and beyond in every way, greeting us personally upon arrival with delicious muffins and cold water (a much-appreciated touch after traveling), and even assisting with our luggage. At check-out, she was there again with the same warmth and care. What really stood out was her willingness to help with anything we needed, from local recommendations to helping us store our luggage during a gap between check-ins. Thanks to her, we were able to fully enjoy the city without stress. Her place is just as amazing, beautifully kept, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s condo! The apartment was excellent—very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with four air conditioners, a full kitchen, and a huge balcony complete with ceiling fans and a table, perfect for relaxing outside. The bedrooms were spotless and comfortable, and having free parking was a big plus, even if the spot was a bit tight—it still felt very secure to leave our car there. The location is great, within easy walking distance to the beach and plenty of local food spots. Communication with Paul was smooth and easy throughout. I highly recommend Paul’s place—it’s a great value and made our trip even better. Would definitely stay again!

Great location for high top view of Patong beach and surroundings and good flow of wind / breeze

Had a great stay at Zen’s place. The pool and outdoor sitting area are fantastic and the views of Kata beach are wonderful! Walking distance to Kata beach and Karon beach was quite the treat, and the restaurant recommendations were great! Zen was very responsive and overall a great host. We particularly enjoyed A Pillow and A Blanket for cocktails and to watch the sunset. Great value for your money - spacious, great views. I bet staying here with friends would be so fun and I would stay here again!

What a wonderful slice of paradise! The view is absolutely gorgeous. The ocean is very calm and easy to swim in. The location is perfect as there are many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. (Ao You Seaside has the BEST Pad Thai). I absolutely loved the area. Bed was comfy, kitchen had a lot of appliances if you prefer to cook. Grab can be ordered to your door. One of my favorite Airbnb’s I have ever been to. Hopefully can come back someday!

We had a lovely stay! Jean-Michel’s place was well equipped with everything we needed and the view is amazing. The pool area is very relaxing and you are able to order drinks and food. It is a peaceful location but still close to bars, restaurants and the beach, right at the bottom of the hill. We had a car so we were able to drive down but this could also be accessible with a bike. The hill is steep to walk up but there are plenty of tuck tucks around that would take you up if needed. It is most defiantly worth it, as you can see the sun setting every evening from both apartment and pool area😊. The operational manager was lovely who made are check in as smooth as possible and was always available to answer any questions, the cleaners were also amazing, going above and beyond. There is some local construction commencing in front of the apartment which on days did cause a lot of dust and noise. However, the cleaners did their best to keep the balcony as clean as possible. Thankyou😊

Great place to stay!!! Everything was perfect and the maintenance and response time was so much appreciated. The hot tub doesn’t get hot or maybe I wasn’t pressing the right buttons but it was too hot for one anyway. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Great location….quiet and peaceful. Construction was as stated but didn’t disturb our rest. Few unexpected surprises but Heinz and Ar were very helpful and responsive…do appreciative of that. Would stay here again

Honestly everything looks just like the photos, and the host have helped me from A-z everything with my experience in patong. will always come back to this space when im ever in town. Pati has helped me from anything needed, and this space is right 3 mins walk to the beach and patong street. Will come back again soon! Great value and great host!

Great apartment on the territory of the hotel, access to the swimming pool, cafe in the building. The beach is close and the area is quiet. From the wishes: it's time to change the torn curtains and the vacuum cleaner is already falling apart.

Great place to stay. Host is very responsive and suggested many nice places to visit. There’s a 7/11 very close to the house and a 24/7 tops also very near. View is beautiful. The massage place right under the building is also great.

Wow! We loved our stay at this beautiful condo overlooking Kata beach. Everything was excellent! Host was excellent and friendly and cleaning lady was so sweet too! What a fantastic first experience of Phuket! Selly went above and beyond to arrange airport transportation.

We stayed for about 8 days. We left extremely satisfied. The location of the house was central. The host responded quickly to my questions. 24/7 security, markets right across the street, walking distance to the beach and many more details. Thank you:)

The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops.
