Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

Had the best experience staying at this Airbnb. It is spacious with the most perfect outdoor space. The large pool was refreshing and the perfect temperature. Peter was an excellent host and extremely responsive and helpful. He helped arrange a chef to cook for us during our stay and the food was delicious. Very accommodating host. The villa is very spacious and looks even better in person. I would 100% recommend this villa to friends interested in traveling to Phuket.

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

Nice place, clean and well maintained

We had a lovely stay! Jean-Michel’s place was well equipped with everything we needed and the view is amazing. The pool area is very relaxing and you are able to order drinks and food. It is a peaceful location but still close to bars, restaurants and the beach, right at the bottom of the hill. We had a car so we were able to drive down but this could also be accessible with a bike. The hill is steep to walk up but there are plenty of tuck tucks around that would take you up if needed. It is most defiantly worth it, as you can see the sun setting every evening from both apartment and pool area😊. The operational manager was lovely who made are check in as smooth as possible and was always available to answer any questions, the cleaners were also amazing, going above and beyond. There is some local construction commencing in front of the apartment which on days did cause a lot of dust and noise. However, the cleaners did their best to keep the balcony as clean as possible. Villa is not quite new, I would estimate somewhat 10~15 years old. Yet in a perfect condition. Staff is instant response and professional, no delays, no nervous things. Location and view is superior on top of the hill, exceeding those on top floor of tallest Patong hotels. Beach is somewhat 7 minutes walk. 24/7 free tuc-tuc included to/from the gate, and it takes about 2 mins. Villa is definitely expensive, but worthy. Keep up good job guys, thank you 👍

Beautiful condo unit with direct access to the pool which our son loved. Our host was super lovely and welcoming, by far one of the best air bnb hosts we have had. We have been coming to this condo location for the past 10 years now, it’s one of a kind in Phuket. Quiet location away from any let’s say usual ‘crowds’, right on the quiet beach, near all the 5* resorts for meal time treats. Get a car or a bike to explore the mainland to give you freedom to explore. Will be back! Thank you! ✨

Katrina was a wonderful host. Due to torrential rains and flooding in Phuket on the day of our arrival, the house we had originally booked was sadly flooded. Katrina organized for us to have a different (larger) house in approx the same area, and for the same price. We are grateful for her organizing! We have all really enjoyed our stay, and the kids (age 9 to 17) really enjoyed the pool. Luck, the property manager, was sweet and helpful, and we had all we needed. Thanks!

For a long time, we chose a villa in the wonderful Laguna Fairway. The villa has all the necessary amenities, the villa has a wonderful view of the golf course, you can watch the games take place. The host Matthew was a very customer-oriented, honest, gracious and pleasant person. I was quick to respond to any questions. Matthew, thank you for a wonderful vacation in your cozy villa.

We had a wonderful time at the villa. Our highlight was the pool and the beautiful outdoor area, where we enjoyed spending many hours every day. The rooms were well equipped, the room on the ground floor was slightly smaller than the upper two bedrooms, but not clairvoyant yet private. Communication with Air was quick and easy. One day there were problems with the toilets, so she came very quickly with craftsmen to solve the problem. She also gave us tips for excursions and was always friendly and helpful. The villa is just outside the action, so we were glad we rented scooters (got arranged through air). It was really nice- thank you for an unforgettable time at your villa!

We had a great vacation. Pam took good care of us and helped with all the little things. She assisted us in organizing the transfer to the villa and sent us plenty of useful recommendations for places to visit. She was always available and quickly helped us solve any issues. The villa is excellent, with a very nice pool and a beautiful garden with flowers. The house has everything you need and even more. Our vacation went perfectly, largely thanks to Pam and her care for us. We had a wonderful time staying at this house!

Absolutely perfect - gated community private car port, beautiful roof terrace , gardens and pool . Villa was perfect and in a perfect area for many shops , restaurants & bars and Bang Tao beach . Couldn’t suggest any way to make it better and highly recommend staying there . Thankyou Frank

The condo was beautiful, and was as described in the listing. The check-in instructions were super clear and we were able to checkin without any difficulties. The condo is well designed and the space is utilisation is amazing! The neighbourhood is peaceful, yet has everything one would need. There are a lot of restaurants of different cuisines, convenience stores, pharmacy and everything one would need. The host is also very responsive and polite. We had a wonderful time here, and would definitely recommend others.

Was a very peaceful place with a beautiful view. You literally can step off of the porch into the water during high tide. I highly recommend having a masseuse and chef come in during your stay. Well worth it and part of the whole experience and vibe. For those that need their rooms freezing, this may not be the place for you. The AC works fine and kept the place at a cool 20 degrees (72 Fahrenheit). Remember this is a beachfront villa, we had the glass doors open and enjoyed the breeze and short rain showers. Very cozy and so so quiet, definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away. Some stores and restaurants nearby and easy to get rides when you want/need them. Would stay here again without a second thought.
