It is a very accessible and central place just 150 meters from the Bridge, but at the same time it gives the feeling of being a more remote place. This home is for family use. Its access is via 1 minute by boat. It is not rented for groups of friends, or for parties. Retired foreigners live in the surroundings so the neighbors committee does not strictly allow music and scandal after 7:30pm

Happy Iguana Marina Cabin #2 is accessible by land or water and is a cozy waterfront retreat on the scenic Rio Dulce River. With two queen bedrooms and two sets of bunk beds in the living area, it comfortably accommodates families or groups. The cabin includes a bathroom with a stand-up shower, a kitchen with a fridge and cooktop, a dining area, and air conditioning. Guests have access to a pool, BBQ area, hammocks, and a shared dining space. Boat slips are available.
