The facility is well maintained.good enough to accommodate 7 adults and 3 kids. Very spacious and clean. Good maintenance. Manager Raghunatha was very proactive in reaching out for needs. Very friendly and helpful as well. Would recommend for family and friends.

It was a decent place. Worked well for my stay. Pros: 1. Close to CMC Ranipet Campus. 2. Responsive Staff. 3. Swiggy/Zomato serves the area. Cons: 1. Getting around is an issue. No Ola/Uber in Vellore. 2. Not many Eating options nearby. 3. 20-30 minutes away from the city of Vellore.

The place was on the rooftop which was really cool and it had an excellent view. Could see the hills in the rain. The host also sorted me out with a great travel service that helped me do the Darshan in reasonable price. I had a great trip and a big thank you to the host for making my trip a success.

We stayed for one night with my family, and we loved it. We also enjoyed a homemade dinner, which was great. The place is just as described; it's not fancy, but very functional and conveniently located near Horsley Hills. We were attending an interview at Rishi Valley School and needed a place to stay for the night, and this accommodation was perfect for us.

The workers and manager was very helpful and kind to us. It was listed as cooking equipment is available but when we arrived it was not. But the manager was kind enough to arrange all our needs. Very thankful for it. Will surely recommend this place.

Very Nice Place. good Apartment. lift always working. kitchen is good. ee were in Flat 6A. door of Veranda cannot be Locked. pleawe repair it. will book it again when in Vellore.

It’s located in a peaceful and serene neighborhood. You can tell a lot of care and attention has gone into both the home and the hosting. I truly appreciated the quiet surroundings, the cozy setup, and Nirupa’s warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well equipped stay!

The Care taker Bala is really helpful and very nice guy and the property is also really good I had a great stay there.

I stayed there for two days with my family and we literally feel like a home away from home. It was very clean and everyone is very friendly. If anyone is looking for it, then go for it. In terms of location, if you're planning to go to Tirupati temple then you'll have to cross the ghats.

Nice calm place. We stayed while visiting CMC Ranipet and so convenient. Just 2Km from there. No shops at walkable distance but Swiggy and others deliver and so no issue. Comfortable to park infront of house Host is responsive and allowed flexible check in and check out

It was a great stay at this property. The location is really great and convenient with lot of options for grocery shops, eateries, commute, healthcare facilities and many more. Very friendly host and the caretakers. The support, help and services from maid and security personnel were exceeding expectations. One small bitter experience was the flat we got first weren’t clean and amenities weren’t proper. The host immediately addressed this issue and provided a better one. One small advice to the host is to do a proper maintenance of the property at regular intervals. Overall, we loved staying here and we’ll recommend this property to others. Definitely we will consider staying here again in the future. Thank you.

Great place to stay and good staff. the location in the Google Maps was misleading. the staff responded and guided to correct location. only con was the Geyser will work only on a sunny day.
